I went in looking to see if they had a pup that would fit into our family and I was blown away by the facility and the beautiful way these animals are treated. I will absolutely continue to support this place and their animals!

Had AC issue, by which AC would not turn on. I searched and found Complete Comfort Air Conditioning & Heat. The next day they sent technician Justin R., and wow, he was the best. Super courteous, nice, honest and knowledgeable. I learned a lot and Justin gave me tips on the AC maintenance. He located and advised what the issue was and was well equipped to start fixing the issue. I 100% recommend this company for your AC needs, and I would hope they send Justin to help with your AC needs, he is the best!

COMFORT , I felt completely at ease. She was friendly, professional, and quickly arranged for a technician (Dennis) to come out and assess the job. My project was fairly intense, but the crew that came to do the work exceeded my expectations. They were polite, wore shoe covers, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

About a week later, the same technician (Dennis) returned to flush out the AC system—and just like that, the persistent moist smell that had been lingering in my home was completely gone. I can’t tell you how relieved I was!

This company is extremely professional. They even pulled a permit through the city, which gave me extra peace of mind knowing they’re committed to doing things the right way and looking out for their clients’ best interests. I highly recommend them. Don’t hesitate to reach out—you’ll be in good hands.

Technician Lewis was the best, hot and humid day and he worked hard on the roof. Great attitude and very friendly. Explained everything he did in detail. He’s a great employee!!

Danny was very efficient and friendly. He advised I need to get my filters through Amazon since I could not find them at the local stores. He explained what an UV system does.

Ryan was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I asked a number of questions about why the drain line sometimes clogged. He patiently and thoroughly explained why and gave me options about how to remediate the situation should it became problematic. He completed the maintenance and explained everything he had done. I felt very confident with Ryan and the maintenance he provided. I highly recommend Ryan and would ask for him again.

Editing my earlier review. After seeing my email about the service I wrote about previously here, Sheldon, the service manager came right over to the house and discerned their tech was responsible - for the mess and the other issues with the price and invoicing. Sheldon also brought their ops manager and took us seriously, which we greatly appreciate. He couldn't have been more professional and polite. I am extremely happy with all they did to make us whole and clean up the house. Action was taken with the technician because they care deeply about their reputation. We got a new quote for a Maintenance Plan & they made everything perfect. Things do go wrong in business and it's all about how you correct it when issues arise. I will use them again. Thanks, Sheldon - for righting what was wrong. 5 stars 6/18.

Our a/c was out and it took a couple days to realize something was wrong so by the time I called I was desperate. Their answering service told me the fee for call out was $129 then repairs on top. Their tech was here about 2 hrs and drained some lines which got it working again. At the end of working he said we had to sign his phone for the receipt to be sent by email and that the price was $903. We were pretty shocked but what do you do when he’s on site and you need cool air? We then traveled so we were gone 7 days. Upon return I went into one of the closets where the a/c is housed & he worked on and what a mess he left. There is some sort of white stuff everywhere - on pipes and walls and my Dyson, all over the floor… it’s even outside the door to the closet so it must’ve sprayed out of something. See attached photos. I wrote an email to their manager who called me back and said it must’ve been someone trying to do a popcorn ceiling… That is complete nonsense because we just spent over $1m dollars on a complete home remodel 2yrs ago, where every wall was made pure white and smooth. Why would I suddenly decide to have a popcorn ceiling in a closet directly above an a/c unit? Their guy definitely had something explode in that closet and snuck off leaving us with a mess. Unscrupulous business practice which will be reported to the appropriate licensing agency. Of course, there’s no license number on their invoice (an invoice that doesn’t make any sense whatsoever). It lists 4 systems - he worked on 3. The sub total is $6588 but the total is $903. Someone just made up figures on the spot obviously. What the heck?Use this company at your own peril and be very careful if they ask you to sign on their phone an invoice he didn’t show us.

There’s a reason this company has nearly 900 five-star reviews — you don’t achieve numbers like that without delivering truly exceptional service.

Highly recommend for repairs - Jaime C is a rockstar. Punctual, knowledgeable and pays close attention to detail. Rare to find an expert technician that can be trusted to do the best job. Our system was poorly installed by another company in 2022 and was failing on-the-reg. Call Complete Comfort and their customer service is top notch - great comms and accommodating.

After years of using another A/C company that was recently sold I decided to switch to Complete Comfort Air Conditioning. The BEST thing I ever did ! Danny , Shelton and team are EXCEPTIONAL . I have recommended Compete Comfort to my neighbors and they are all happy they made the change. This is one great company that takes the time to go in the attic pin point the problem and explain what the solution is. Living in south Florida you need a company you can count on. I highly recommend Comfort cooling for your air condition and heating needs.

Luis was my technician. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease from the moment he started the job until the very end. Couldn't ask for anything more!

I no longer do business with them because the person named Megan in their office is incredibly short and rude. However, the other woman in the office is incredibly friendly, and their techs are honest and respectful of homes - even if they sometimes miss obvious issues. I’d like to highlight the honest part. In the years that I used Complete Comfort, they never ever tried to upsell me things I didn’t need and they never charged me a crazy amount for repairs. Their pricing is fair. The techs are friendly and have integrity. If you can stomach an office worker who has a nasty attitude and talks to you like she hates you for calling, I would recommend Complete Comfort.

Luis came out to assess our AC and was extremely thorough and professional. He carefully evaluated the house, explained the airflow issues clearly, and walked us through our options without any pressure. I’d definitely recommend Comfort and Luis if you want a detailed, honest evaluation. I also appreciated the photos after the eval.

It has been almost 2 years now using this company for my AC/ducting. I have had them repair/maintain my previous 12-year-old unit, replace it with a new Lennox unit recently and completely redo the ducting in my house. The AC in my house has never been better. As an engineer, I really appreciate how knowledgeable and thorough their team is. Whether it was dealing with Lori in their office, Sheldon their project manager or Chris the guy that came out to do my annual maintenance, they always keep the bar EXTREMELY high how they treat me, are so friendly, explain everything and visibly do very high quality work. Out of all the contractors I have used doing work on my house, they are by the far my favorite. I couldn't recommend these guys more. Honest and fair AC company. Jose came out and got my mini split unit fixed and serviced in a professional and efficient manner. Jose explained everything clearly and to the point, no issues understanding the issue and cost and got the work done to my satisfaction. Family owned company feeling. Very pleased with my service.

Had our first maintenance service with Brian from Complete Comfort today for our 2 units. Very happy with the overall experience! We were drawn to the company after looking for a replacement for our previous servicer. They had gotten pretty slipshod over the past few years and changed management numerous times. Dove just installed a halo uv light in my house to fight against germs and mold. My wife and I love the uv light the air smells and feels cleaner and the technician who installed it was very knowledgeable professional and friendly. THANK YOU DOVE AC!!!!
