I’m so thankful we found these guys! Our AC broke in our vacation rental and we couldn’t reach the owner… but the Dove tech helped resolve the issue super fast and made the whole process simple and easy!

Great experience! They quickly diagnosed the problem with our air conditioning unit, found out it was covered under the warranty and took care of it right away. We appreciated the knowledgeable and timely service.

After being a loyal customer and friend of the owners for years, I had a repairman come to my house where he found a leak. In addition to fixing the leak, he moved the dryer and I received an un-itemized bill for $600. I emailed the owner twice with no response, called the office and left a message, no response and finally sent a text to his personal number. After some texting, I said I would like to make an appointment for him to come to my house and discuss the repair, which I already paid. It happens that he lives very close to me too so I thought it would be convenient. He said in a text that since it was past 5 he would call the next day. I never heard from him again.

Called today 3/9 with no cooling. I had them out for regular maintenance in December. Used them at the recommendation of the previous homeowner. There was some confusion when they came last time. The technician told my wife we needed a new line and he put it in, the office later called and said that since he didn’t ask us first they would not charge us.

The owners wife who answered the phone today rudely told me that it was not the case. Instead of hearing me out and letting me explain and then politely correcting me, she all but called me an idiot and told me that “new line” which is like draino is what they installed. Yelling at me I might add. My bad, I’m not an AC expert, how was I supposed to know?

While in conversation she kept cutting me off saying I don’t have a service plan anymore, so they have to charge me $89, which by the way I was fine with, and when I asked if I could please explain what was going on, why she was being so rude and if there was someone else I could speak with she told me “I’m the owners wife, get someone else to clean out your F@cking drain.” She then hung up.

Simon, if this is a family business then, like me, your families livelihood is in dependent on trust and loyalty. This woman was nasty from the minute she called me to the minute she hung up. I am appalled that you are still in business. Shame on you.

AVOID this company at all costs. It is my mission to let everyone know just how badly this company treats its customers.

Dove Air Conditioning is a very friendly, professional company. They are willing to work with their customers and I highly recommend them for tour air conditioning needs.

My husband and I bought a new house in July 2021. We were lucky to purchase a home that had a brand new A/c installed by the previous owner which was so great. I have seasonal allergies and a compromised immune system and so we looked into having a Remo Halo Home Purifier installed in the home. I called Dove Air Conditioning to discuss the product and to get more information on it and learned that it is safe to have around your family, friends, pets, and even plants. The Reme Halo will generate hydroperoxides, which are all around us outdoors (but very little exist indoors) which kill viruses, bacteria, mold and odors. There is even research that that proves that the Halo combats 99.9% of covid-19 virus. That was a HUGE plus for me. My family's health is a huge priority and I will do whatever it takes to keep them healthy. Simon put us on the schedule for the following day and we had it installed within an hour. The air smells so clean and just knowing it’s purpose, makes me feel so much more comfortable in my home. We highly recommend this product to all of you.

Can’t rave enough about Dove AC they have always done such a great job but this last time they went above and beyond. Nicole, Kevin and Mike all pitched in and communicated to get me back cool and ready for my guests arrival! Thanks you guys. Job well done

Dove air has the best service guys around but the company owners are disheartening to say the least. Owners lacking morals and business ethics.

I have purchased over 15,000.00 worth of A/C units from Dove over the past 10 years. After replacing the coil on my large unit twice. The unit is under warranty, I had to pay installation fees twice for over 500.00. When speaking with Lisa (owner of Dove) She told me of her 20 years experience she was positive that the manufacturer would not pay for the service. Dumb founded I researched and found that the manufacturer had a class action suit going and would pay both install fee's for both coils as they were defective. When bringing this to owners attention she did not want to hear any part of it. She told me she had difficulty with this sort of thing. She told me she would send documentation so I could file the claim form to the units manufacturer. She did not. I called again requesting documentation so I could file for the reimbursement and she told me I was bothering her on a saturday morning. I paid her again in full. Looks like yelp and Angies list will be hearing from me. God bless those who steal, rob, and take advantage of loyal customers.

Man talk about a life saver. After being given old equipment from our original walk in combo that was supposed to be new and under warranty Dove came in and saved our life. They repaired everything and now we have working units with warranty. Great service and a great team!

I would highly recommend Dove AC for any air conditioning needs! They were friendly and professional and got the job done quick! They sent someone out the same day I called (on a Sunday!) they were so helpful! The staff and owners are great!

Have known Lisa and Simon since we bought our first Florida home in Palm City when Toll Brothers hired Dove to re do our brand new A/C system (which wasn't installed properly). When we moved to Jupiter, we again hired them as our AC contractor and have been extremely satisfied ever since. We also purchased the REME Halo Air system and love, love that.

The salesman, Alan, was very thorough and informative in helping me select the right air conditioner for my home. The service techs arrived early to install my new air conditioning unit. They worked throughout the day, even during heavy rains to complete the job. They were friendly and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with my new unit and professional service I received.

Dove A/C is the most professional business I have dealt with in years. I called, they came out right away to do a quote, I received the quote the next morning, They ordered the unit and installed it 2 days later. It doesn't get any better than that, when your A/C doesn't work.

Simon and his team were spectacular! I contacted them bright and early on a Sunday (early like 6:15AM on a Sunday), and he was able to get someone out to assess our unit within two hours of my call. The tech was very helpful, letting us know that our unit was completely broken and needed to be replaced (we are renters, and it was apparent that the unit hadn't seen a whole lot of maintenance over the years). Simon worked closely with our landlord and scheduled his team to come to our apartment the following day. They arrived around 8:45A and these guys worked non-stop till about 4:15P, and our apartment had precious cool air flowing at the end of all their hard work. My husband and I can't say thank you enough. If anyone needs a kind, honest, and hardworking A/C repair team, look no farther than Dove A/C and Refrigeration!
