I have been using Dove Air Conditioning for a couple of years now. I have their maintenance contract and the do a great job maintaining my A/C system. They are professional, honest and their prices are fair. I highly recommend Dove Air Conditioning!

5 years later and still the absolute best a/c company around. I have moved and they are still my go to a/c for maintenance and repairs to both our home and biz. These guys are very honest and a wonderful company from the customer service to the technicians.

We are so pleased to have found such a reliable and honest local company. We have been using them for our business for 2 years and for a year since we purchased a home in Jupiter. We have also purchased yearly contracts for maintenance which is great! They call you at the 6 month mark to schedule your maintenance so you dont have to remember to do it. Their customer service is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The service repair advisors are fantastic and do excellent work. The supervising Manager is excellent too! When you call them they respond promptly!

I have had a great experience working with Dove Air Conditioning. The team there is very responsive and goes above and beyond to provide quality customer service. Highly recommend!

I am so grateful for Dove Air Conditioning. I was told by another company that I need an entire new AC unit. They quoted me a price of over $6000. I decided to give Dove a call and I'm so glad I did. The technician was honest and friendly and told me there was no way I needed a new unit! They saved me over $ 6000. I highly recommend this company.

After research and recommendations of neighbors, I chose Dove AC maintenance program. They are caring, professional and take pride in their work. Our AC is fixed, and blew out the mildew that causes water in the pan. Thank you for excellent service and see you every 6 months!

We own a commercial refrigerator and we love it. Have owned countless commercial appliances. The downside is getting anyone to service these units is like getting a drivers license appointment, no fun.

I called dove air-conditioning based on the reviews and thought,well this should take a week. I was so wrong. The receptionist answered my call on the first ring. She was professional, kind and got me an appointment within hours.
Service tech arrived and diagnosed the issue. Ordered the part. Simon, the owner,worked with me on a few details. 1 week later my part arrived and it was installed today. Alan,the service tech was prompt, ,knowledgeable and my refrigerator is back on.line

Dove was extremely responsive when my AC unit stopped working. They had the part in stock and sent someone over right away to get my system back up and running. I had been using John Cassidy prior to the system failing, and John Cassidy had failed to register the AC system so I was not able to get the part covered under warranty (which is 10 years if you register the product). Dove said they do the product registration as a courtesy for their customers. Nicole was really nice and responsive. And the install rep was great - Allen. Thanks to the team for getting my AC back up and running. I will be using Dove AC going forward!

Phenomenal service! Highly recommended! We cannot thank Dove Air-conditioning enough for the work they did for us. New a/c system and duct work. Extremely professional, kind, honest, and truly take pride in the work they do. Working in the house, up in the attic and outside the house even working through the summer rain showers. I have been using Dove A/C for 8 years. These guys are the best! They take care of my personal home, my office, and my rental properties. They are reliable and always take care of me on the price. Simon has even sent guys out free of charge to do a quick patch until he could get it fully fixed because he was very slammed at the time. I recommend then to everyone I can!

Dove Airconditioning Refrigeration is professional, reasonable, friendly and honest. Service was on point for the install of a new air conditioning unit at our office. From their office staff to the installers Dove Airconditioning Refrigeration is top notch! I will be recommending this company if I hear of anyone looking for an Airconditioning contractor. Dove Airconditioning was recommended to me from another business owner. Pay attention, you never know when your air conditioner is going to go out. Dove Airconditioning Refrigeration patched up the best they could until the new install. They were willing to send a tech out whenever we called and, at no charge. Kudos to Dove Airconditioning Refrigeration for their great customer support!

Dove Air was able to work with us to have a technician to our condo the next day to help diagnose our ac issues. They were honest, on time, and beyond helpful when it came to any repairs. Nicole and Jove were both a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

Dove AC just installed a new Ecobee for us. We are thrilled with the install, thank you Mr V. Joseph! Also, we so appreciate Nicole, as she had to coordinate it with a family member because we were away. I totally recommend Dove AC for their customer service and products!

During these times I find it very refreshing dealing with a top-notch company (not many do what they say they are going to do). During my yearly maintenance. Dove service technician was extremely professional and polite. Not only did he show up on time but provided me with photos showing the work being done and condition of my unit, as my Air Conditioner is located on the roof. This company is defiantly my "go to" company with all my future A/C service work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Called Dove to get a quote on a new AC unit. I called this company because a customer of theirs or should I say former customer now recommended them.
Spoke to the woman on the phone and sent her the pictures of my AC unit she requested. She replied, telling me she received the pictures. Gave her my email address and was told I would get a quote. Never heard anything from them ever again. Hardly a reputable way to do business. Dove needs to learn that word of mouth can build your business but it also can destroy it.
