Late in the evening I had a huge problem, all the pipes were clogged and there was a leak in all the bathrooms. By chance I found the number for Roto Rooter and the plumber Ricardo came to me within 1 hour. Ricardo quickly identified the problem, cleared the drain and helped collect all the water on the floor. I made an appointment with roto rooter for a clogged kitchen sink. My service tech, Ricardo was great. He explained what he was doing and why the clog happened in the first place and showed me what steps I could take to prevent it in the future. He was very professional and took his time making sure the work was done correctly. Would definitely recommend!

Landon did an over all outstanding job start to finish replacing my hot water heater

Landon was great and efficient! He got here in less than 15 min from when I made the call.

I was in the Hospital and my wife called saying we have a water leak somewhere upstairs because the ceiling on the first floor is all wet. It was 7:30pm at night! I called Rotor-Rooter and by 8:15 they were at my house using their leak detection equipment to find it so the didn’t have to take apart all my ceiling to find it. 20 minutes later they found it. Gave me a very good price to repair the leak. They cleans up everything and was out the door by 9:15pm! No Games, No Upcharging, No Bait & Switch!! Just a Honest company that I will use for now on! Thank you Ricardo K. for all your help! It’s very hard to find a company that is true to their word! Do yourself a favor and use these guys if you’re ever in a bad situation with water issues! This just happened to me on 12/22/2024! So with the Holiday just a couple days away, you would think I would be hit with an Emergency Service Fee -Nope, After Hours Fee-Nope, Travel Fee-Nope!
