Plumbing reviews in Jupiter, Florida

I Appreciate all the hard work from Brandon very knowledgeable and quick with solutions. Super satisfied with the work that was done definitely recommend everyone to use Roto-Rooter services.

Landon did an excellent job and was very professional from the start to finish. He showed up on time, communicated clearly, and completed the work efficiently with great attention to detail. Everything was done right, the space was left clean afterwards. I would definitely recommend Landon Frame.

Had to have help twice in three weeks. So accommodating and helpful. Went above and beyond! Nile and Landon both made sure all was right and reminded me, that there is a small warranty. Between no extra charge for a Sunday emergency and learning that they have a service contract that can aid with preventive care, I Just couldn’t be happier!

I had a major water heater leak. Landon came in 20 minutes. He is kind, personable, and diagnosed the issue in 2 minutes, and had it fixed in another 5-10 minutes after leaving to get a few parts. He provided one of the best experiences I’ve had with someone coming by to do repairs and I will call for Landon specifically in the future if and when I have another issue with something else. A++ and 5 stars.

Loved the convenience of scheduling an appointment online (after business hours) and someone coming out on very short notice. Landon did an incredible job clearing our kitchen drain that we tried snaking ourselves to no avail. Will definitely rebook whenever we need any other drainage issues.

Landon did a great job. He answered patiently every question I had and he was pleasant and polite in our interaction. I am very pleased with job he did. I certainly will be asking for him should the need arise.

Absolutely impressive - ease of scheduling an emergency visit on a Sunday, great communications on timing of visit and exemplary technician.
Michael Wilson is definitely an outstanding plumbing expert, able to quickly identify and fix the problem. Thank you so much!

Landon did an amazing job! He came to my home to unclog my pipes and seal my toilet, and the whole process was quick, clean, and professional from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail. If you need a reliable plumber, Landon is definitely the one to call!

Update 6/2025.
People's choice plumbing has consistently provided me with great communication and service throughout the years. Joe and the team make customer satisfaction a top priority.

Great service! Extremely nice and professional to work with. I scheduled a non emergency appointment for a number of repairs. Joe displayed great skill, quality workmanship, attention to detail, cleanliness and efficiency on all items. Pricing was very fair. I have nothing but positive things to say about my People's Choice experience.

Joe and his team do a fantastic job. Water heater replacement. Punctual, trustworthy and friendly. Just had them back for a leak. Joe is committed to his business. All around good people and business.

Alex did a great job replacing our shower valve. He was courteous and on time. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

By far the most professional plumbing service I have ever had! Red carpet to say the least! ( literally, Joe covered the floors in red carpet to keep the work area clean! ) not only was he prompt and on time, he did AMAZING work!!!! I was blown away from start to finish! From the time I called the office, ( extremely nice and knowledgeable staff, and very attentive! ) to the text message notification that Joe was on the way, to how quickly he got to work and got the job done! I am very appreciative and could not ask for more! If I could give more than 5 stars i would! Thank you so much Joe! No one else will be touching my plumbing but you in the future! Highly recommended !!!

We were so very fortunate to have Alex Garrison show up within the appointed time. He then proceeded to take apart our toilet and have to run out to purchase a needed part that was not in the truck. He was so pleasant and efficient. It is a pleasure doing business with People’s Choice Pumbing. We would highly recommend them. We will be sure to use them for all our future plumbing needs.

My Hot water heater went out last night It came out first thing this morning. Did a good job at a fair price

Can't recommend this company enough. Scheduling through the operator was smooth, and Bruno did an exceptional job. Thank you guys!

People Choice is the right choice for your plumbing needs. We had a toilet repaired. They showed up as scheduled, they diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it for a reasonable price. Thank you Alex for a job well done!

We had a wonderful experience with People’s Choice Plumbing. Our water heater quit on Friday. A friend gave me their name on Monday. I called and they were here at 8am Tues. The tech and service could not be beat!
They followed up with the electrician and they came exactly when they said they would. We are snowbirds and are leaving Weds. so we couldn’t be happier. Excellent service and company!

People’s choice plumbing has been great for me and my family. Joe came out for an emergency and fixed our leak. I’ve since used them for several more plumbing repairs/projects and replacing our water heater. Always professional, good communication, great service at a fair price. I plan to use them for more plumbing projects. The peace of mind is priceless.

Alex from People’s Choice came over recently and helped my parents in law with a plumbing issue. He was professional , found the leak and repaired it. He also replaced some outdoor hose valves that were not longer functioning properly. My parents in law were very happy with the outcome.
