Plumbing reviews in Jupiter, Florida

Alex was professional, personable, and his work impeccable. They will be called for all my plumbing needs.

My tech Alex arrived at scheduled time,,, I emmediatley felt comfortable with him because he came with a smile and a handshake.. He diagnosed the problem and told me what needed to be done, I was included the whole way through. Alex is a great reason why I would call Peoples Choice again. Thanks for everything.

Highly recommend People’s Choice Plumbing! They installed two new vanities and new fixtures in my guest bathrooms in one afternoon. Very clean, professional and reasonably priced. The owner came to the site to make sure I was happy with the installs. Scheduling them was a breeze, they were very flexible and responsive, had me on the calendar within a few days. I had purchased new shower fixtures but did not realize components inside the wall had to be compatible with my selection to avoid damaging the tile (we had kohler components in the wall but I purchased delta shower set), instead of charging me more $ to install the delta and new inner wall components they educated me on the internal workings of the shower and helped me find kohler fixtures that would work via Amazon. A First class company that value’s long term customers not one off jobs. PS- the price they quoted upfront is what I paid! No changing the price after they started the job like you see with a lot of local contractors. :)

Really happy with the pros at People’s Choice! We were able to get an appt quickly and the first time Joe did a great job installing a new d/w. He has lots of good tips and helpful advice which we appreciated. Today he installed a new disposal and he also went out of his way to fix a difficult tricky problem we had with our sink. That was so nice of him!!! We would definitely call People’s Choice in the future!

Alexis and Joe are awesome and super flexible. They sent out a couple of their guys (Alex and a brand new employee). They were really friendly and figured out our issue immediately. Fixed and on their way in no time. I’ll happily refer them to any friends and neighbors.

I needed my water heater to be disconnected due floor installation in the area. Bruno was polite, professional and did an efficient work.

Alex and Bruno arrived on time, and were very respectful, honest and professional.
They let me know what the cause of the problem was, gave me a solution and then repaired the issue at hand.
They didn’t try “upsell” me on anything I didn’t need or ask for.

I’m all about Value for Money, so I have to give People Choice Plumbing 10/10.

Thank you Alexis for arranging everything so quickly.

Had a really bad kitchen sink clog. Bruno came, introduced himself, listened to my description of the problem, told me the next steps and assured me that he would take care of the problem. He trouble shot, figured out the cause and location of the clog and cleared it. Thank you Bruno and People’s Choice Plumbing!

Amazing service with great communication and quality, professional personnel. I was VERY pleasantly surprised to find out that I was not being charged for the service provided as the company waited over two months to procure the part needed. THANK YOU People’s Choice.

Alex was timely, helpful, and courteous. Great service and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely use again for our plumbing needs!

The People's Choice provided excellent service and communication from the moment we called them by searching for plumber nearby on Google. They kept us updated every step of the way. Highly recommended, outstanding business.

Bruno came by the same day that I called, and looked at the damaged shower fixture and is working on replacing options. Very pleased for fast response and professionalism, Tim Tuohy, Tequesta

Alex was super great! He was super responsive, knowledgeable, and fixed our tub drain issue and replaced toilet parts with great time. They were able to get out the day after I requested a quote. Will 100% use People’s choice plumbing again if we ever need another plumber!

Needed to repair a hosebib and called. Was able to get same day service and a reasonable pricing on the repair. Bruno was quick and gave me detailed information on what was best for the repair. I would use his services again.

They sent Alex to our 4 story condo with a 50 year old leaking copper pipe soaking all 4 floors. He came in with amazing quickness, he trouble shooted & found the leak within minutes & turned what was a nightmare up to that point into a great blessing for my Mother Judy & myself, as well as our 3 upstairs & downstairs neighbors. He was extremely proficient, professional, & truly concerned & thorough to make sure that the leak was stopped, fixed, & cleaned up completely. We would & certainly will recommend Alex & People's Choice Plumbing to all of our friends & neighbors when they are in need of a great plumbing company...

Excellent, professional response, employee was on time and demonstrated superior communication skills in all aspects of the job.
Alex Garrison was the employee and represented your company in excellent fashion, clearly explaining options and very willing to listen to customer concerns. He is always welcome to return to Boca Barwood to assist us with our future issues.

Peoples Choice has become my go to plumbing service in Palm Beach County. I recently had them come out for a leaky sink and they evaluated the problem and addressed the issue quickly and at a great price. Thanks guys!

We had an excellent experience with People’s Choice Plumbing!!!! We’ve lived in the area for well over a decade and used many plumbers through the years, but we will never use anyone else again. Highly recommend them!!!!

We had a major unexpected plumbing issue and were so thankful they responded quickly. From the very first phone call, they were friendly, helpful, professional, and scheduled us right away. They explained what to expect and even rolled out the red carpet when they arrived, which was such a lovely touch.

The team showed up on time, were polite and professional, and immediately got to work. They explained the problem clearly, gave us options, and were upfront about pricing with no surprises or hidden fees.

Excellent service from start to finish. People’s Choice Plumbing truly goes above and beyond!!!!

About 4PM I called several locations before I contacted Peoples Choice regarding a small leak coming from the ceiling light fixture in the laundry room. Luckily, a tech was in the vicinity and arrived within 20 minutes, whereas the others I called couldn’t come until the next day. Alex, who was very pleasant went up into the attics and found a small break in the hot water line. He needed some parts, returned shortly and fixed the problem. Again, luckily the small leak was caught early. 5 Stars for Alex & Peoples Choice Plumbing for their quick response at that time of the day.

People’s Choice provided the perfect service. Very quick response to my initial inquiry, showed up on time. Alex was a really friendly and knowledgeable plumber. I will use them every time I need help with plumbing. It is very refreshing to have expectations not just met, but exceeded. They are running a company the way it should be!!

Had a problem with my toilet leaking, People’s Choice showed up quickly and fixed the issue fast. Alex was very polite, friendly, clean and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing jobs! Highly recommend!!!
