They are the best around hands down! Family owned business for 50 plus years! I have been using Jupiter Plumbing for over 25 years! These guys do it right the fist time and they are committed to their work. They may cost a bit more but their work is above all!

$1,000 later, the problem still has not been solved. Always cancelling at the last minute & rescheduling their appointments. 4 different technicians, 4 unresolved opinions as to what is wrong, yet 4 different bills! For a professional, licensed plumbing company, I would wonder where they were trained? Their answer is trial & error - all of which you pay for with zero results. I would never have them come near my house again

We hired Jupiter Plumbing Services Inc to install the whole house water filtration system for us. The two plumbers worked together to complete the installation. They came out to our house on time and finished the job on schedule. The system is working as expected.They attended to our emails and phone calls either right away or within minutes. We strongly recommend this business to everyone.

Had a water heater go bad, husband tried to fix but still no hot water so ready to replace the tank - expensive. Jupiter Plumbing came out, checked his work and discovered one of the new parts he had put in was defective. Replaced it and got it up and running for a reasonable price. Very impressed with their honesty as would have been an easy WH sale for them at a much greater profit. Would recommend.

My day started terrible with our condo flooded. I contacted Jupiter Plumbing Service and they responded by sending Mike. He arrived promptly, was very friendly and replaced our water heater. He was professional, went beyond expectations during removal of the old, installation of the new and leaving the area clean. I highly recommend this company. Great job!

While trying to get an estimate to replace my 75 gallon GAS hot water heater, Jupiter Plumbing requires that they send you a credit card authorization form prior. This is to charge you for a service call, in my case, $165.00 to come out and give you an estimate for the replacement. While I was questioning the validity of this charge, the response was, "we do not work for free and we need be sure the electrical connection is correct and to verify other items. There is no electrical connection on my a GAS hot water heater, they have the pictures.

Called Jupiter Plumbing Services today to get a quote on replacing a water heater. I spoke with Krystal and Danielle who were both a pleasure. They asked me a few questions regarding my location and a few questions about the unit. They said they would reach back out to me once they had the quote. Tyler provided a quote in hand for the service in no time. If you are looking for reliable and reasonable service, give them a call and they will take care of you!

Billed way too much money without a resolution on my issue
Had a challenge with a tankless hot water heater where they came out 3/4 times sending different techs and creating numerous bills
I would just get billed -get an estimate up front!! -then had to call for an explanation of services when they were here generally without resolving the problem!
Told owner would get back to me with a resolution -never heard from him.
Finally told me they couldn't resolve the issue
Would look for someone more professional that stands behind what they do and communicates better!

I have never posted a review before but the lack of professionalism Jupiter Plumbing has displayed has compelled me to write. We have been scheduled 4 times for service. Each and every time Jupiter plumbing has cancelled. I only learned that we were taken off the schedule when I called to ask when they were showing up
as it was getting to the end of the day. The last time I requested to be a first appointment to avoid an issue and still I was cancelled. Same excuse every time … “we are an emergency plumbing service and that is our priority “. Funny no one told me that when they installed an expensive hot water heater less than a year ago. Now can’t get them to come out to work on it.
Happily I have found a new provider, given a two hour window in which they will arrive and a courtesy call the day before to confirm arrival time.

January 8, 2026. Scheduled the appointment day a week in advance and I had to call at 10:30 AM to find out if and what time they were coming. Was then told between two and four. At 1:30 I got a call that they were tied up and could reschedule for January 13, five days later. Terrible service. Don’t waste your time with them.

Very knowledgeable and better quality. You pay more but these people know how to guide you to get correct fixtures.
