I use Elite for all my HVAC and pool heater needs. They have been great each and every time. This most recent incident was a quick and professional fix. Evan was courteous and was efficient in diagnosing the issue. The repair was equally efficient.

Elite was able to accommodate my issue the same day. They sent Kennard who was very courteous, professional and expectionally proficient. He was vastly knowledgeable and very helpful.

Ray at Elite was very knowledgeable and professional. I wish more service people still took pride in their work and their service, the way that he does. Thanks, again, Ray.

I can honestly say that Kennard was excellent. Very professional and he took the time to explain in detail the issues with my system, he was helpful and informative.

Robin, the electrician at Elite Electric, was sincere ,genuine ,and honest and had me sold with his knowledge, By not being a pushy salesman .He was completely present in the moment, And you could tell that he loved what he did. A true authority in his field.

James has been great. He’s installed ceiling fixtures & repaired a faulty electrical switch. Smart, professional, efficient. Love him.

I called late afternoon that My pump was out and I had no water. By 8pm we had running water. Still having issues with air and sediment in the pipes. Thank you so much.

My AC drain line was backing up. My usual company wanted to charge me $200 for a weekend fee - Elite came out and not only allowed their diagnostic fee to go towards the repair but also offered that there were coupons for the service I needed.

From the scheduler to Marvin who educated me about proper maintenance techniques to keep my unit running better / help prevent this from happening again, everyone was super helpful and nice.

Elite will now be my “usual” company going forward.

I was very happy with his service. He was knowledgeable. I learned a great deal while he showed me what he was doing as he was doing it. I certainly hope you have more technicians like him definite thumbs up.

Varick did a great job replacing our 10 year old smoke detectors . He was professional and courteous. As a result, we signed up for an annual agreement for multiple services.

Nick is very efficient and did an excellent job replacing my water heater.. and I really appreciate it and because of that I rescheduled him for another project.. I like him and I trust him and he does a good job.. I like Elite because they back up their work also and I find that very important when you're having major things done in your home.

Elite Plumbing sent Technician Evan Johnson to provide me with an estimate for air vent cleaning. He gets 5 stars. Great service and very professional. He provided me with the estimate in short time. Kudos to Elite for providing great customer service.

The Technician, Alex, was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable.
The problem with the A/C unit required additional parts and multiple visits, but Alex was able to diagnose and troubleshoot this complex problem with skill. Alex kept both me and the Office informed about the situation. We are grateful for his expertise and great communication and above all his persistence in seeing this complicated issue through to resolution.

Called Elite to come out to my house for an estimate. They sent Will their technician and I couldn’t have been happier with his professionalism and courtesy. If you ever have an issue with any service elites provides call them and request Will! You’ll be very happy you did.

Nick did a great job repairing thre faucet to the hose outdoors. He was thorough, kind and explained what he needed to do. I very much appreciate his honesty and concern.

Alexander did a fantastic job! He was beyond knowledgable and willing to share what he knows. He did a very thorough job cleaning and inspecting my AC system.

UV install completed. Was scheduled with install in June 25 but not done. Also replaced circuit breaker which was underrated for the new system. Kicked off when we tried to turn on the heat in this burrrrr weather! All is well. Not sure about the cost for the breaker fix yet.
