Steve came to my house to provide a quote to install a new a/c system and he was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

Friday evening and the AC is not working, great.
Call Miklos Air whom had installed my AC unit 4 years ago after hours. 40 minutes later Ben returns my phone call and set up a next morning Saturday repair. Ben arrives as scheduled and fix my AC replacing a burned out capacitor. Great service, great company.

You're probably wondering why this company has such a great rating. To me, the answer is the company manager Lleyni. I called more than a dozen HVAC companies regarding a major work I needed, and imagine, they all didn't care what I told them, and the same respond was "We'll send a technician, and we'll charge you for that". I told them all that they just lost a customer with a major HVAC job, since I knew exactly that all I needed was the condenser coil replacement. After talking to Lleyni, I realized that I'm in good hands due to her expertise, decision making skills, and charisma. She sent Brian, the technician, who did a very professional assessment and the replacement of the condenser coil - great job you Miklos team!

A competent and knowledgeable air conditioning company…that’s also honest??? Never would have thought it could be possible after the multiple bad experiences I’ve had in the past, but these guys seem like they are a different breed.

Just had one of their techs come out to my house after my air stopped blowing cold air and he had me up and running again in 30 minutes. No games, no shady attempts to upsell….just right to business. Refreshing. I definitely will be calling them again if/when I have any problems in the future with my A/C.

So happy we were able to switch from a large company to the Miklos Air maintenance contract. What a professional team … from the office staff to the technicians. They pay attention to details, are thorough, honest, no hard upselling and great with communications. Prices are fair and customer service is excellent. Hard to find that level of competence anymore. Our technician Brian provided a detailed report of all the items evaluated and made a few recommendations to maintain the system between maintenance appointments. Exceeded all expectations. The very beginning when we started shopping around Miklos Air was the most responding, respectable, open about prices and timeliness!!! As most of term, our Airconditioning began to brake in the middle of the most hot days outside, and many companies were overwhelmed and stopped responding. Miklos Air was totally different!

I called Miklos air to get an estimate to replace my 2 and 1/2 ton AC , they sent someone out Friday Sept 29. I did not receive the estimate and I knew it was a holiday weekend, so I waited till Tuesday to call them back. They assured me I would receive the estimate by Tuesday 5:00 p.m. and no later than Wednesday morning. I made sure that my email and phone number was correct with them and received no estimate. I called them back on Friday and asked what was going on and they assured me that they had sent the estimate and that they would resend it again right away.Again I made sure my email was correct and verified. This call took place Friday at 8:10 am. It is now 2:00 p.m. on Friday and I have still not received my estimate? The other two companies I called came to the house and gave me my estimate within 2 hours...so I have chosen to go with the other company. So much for me trying to use a company that had great reviews when I can't even get an estimate.

The technician came and gave me a second opinion on some problems I’ve been having. I found it to be very knowledgeable, polite, and understanding of the situation. I would definitely use them again.

Service man was very friendly and explained everything he was doing . He gave me an adaptor to use onthe drain pike as it is set up as a horizontal this little adaptor has a 45 degree end so that you can add fluid to keep the drain from clogging and not make a mess. He even coiled the hose and returned it to the shed. Service above and beyond.

Same day service, got my a/c up and running quickly. Very nice techs. Highly recommend.
