Excellent AC/Heating Maintenance Service! 🌟
I recently used Dana’s for my annual air conditioning/heating maintenance, and I couldn't be happier with the service!
From the moment I called to schedule, the customer service was outstanding—polite, efficient, and they easily accommodated my preferred time slot.
The technician, Villa,
arrived promptly and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire system, clean all the necessary components, and clearly explain what he was doing and the overall health of my unit.
Since the service, my AC has been running quieter and is cooling the house more efficiently than before. I feel confident heading into the Winter knowing my system is in top shape.
I highly recommend Dana’s for anyone needing reliable and high-quality AC/Heating maintenance.

Danny with Complete Comfort listened carefully at arrival. His diagnosis of our system was detailed and he explained thoroughly his findings and presented a couple solutions. The best choice was a system replacement and is scheduled for completion in one day this week. The installation crew arrived as promised by the office and worked every hour of a long day to finish our replacement system. Dennis made every effort to make our installation high quality. We are now enjoying a trouble-free Air-Conditioner. Complete Comfort continues to be very responsive, honest, and very fair. Thank you!

I'm thrilled to have found an AC company I can trust. My original unit was 10+ years old and had a known leak. I called for a free estimate on a new unit. Mike Wright came out on time and was super knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, which is much appreciated. He honestly recommended the best option for me and reviewed the cost and financing options. I decided to replace my unit and scheduled the install for the next week. The 2 installers arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. A new inside and outside unit was done in about 5 hours. I feel confident in the recommendation by Mike and look forward to cooler days ahead with Complete Comfort Air.

Wow - called on a Saturday and they got me an appt for first visit on Monday. Ryan called me ahead of showing up, was extremely efficient + educational explaining what he was checking and what is needed to keep my AC unit running well. Most professional AC experience I've ever had in South FL and hiring them for all my needs moving forward. Can't recommend enough 11/10 review.

Complete Comfort is an outstanding company that consistently provides remarkable service. Any time we’ve had an issue with our air conditioning, the office staff has promptly scheduled a service call; and the technicians have been responsive, adept at diagnosing and resolving the issue, and customer-focused.

Dan was early getting there. And then he did a fantastic job. Was very thorough and explained every thing as he did the job. He was great.

I’ve been using Nis Air for a very long time. We had an emergency last night and they came out immediately (no price gouging). I was under warranty and they had that info before even arriving. We have a critical medical situation in our house right now and they were very attuned to making sure or outage was a priority. It was late on a Friday, but they got it done. I won’t use anyone else.

This company REALLY cares about their customers. I needed a complete replacement of a/c, blower, and air handler and they did a fantastic job! Everyone at this company were very pleasant, courteous and on time. They picked up after the work was completed to the point that you could see no evidence that they were even there. From the tech, James that came out to assess the situation, to the office staff and certainly the 3 men that did the replacement, I give them all a shout out for a job WELL DONE!

Very professional service! I got a free quotation and the very next day had the ducts cleaned by Dennis and Chris. They did a great job and were very friendly and polite - answered all my questions and even changed a filter for me for free. The quotation was the exact price I paid. Nice company!

We returned home from a trip to find one of our air conditioning units struggling to keep up with the set temperature. We have a service contract with Complete Comfort so I called them and they had a technician out to the house the following day. The technician said everything was working fine with the unit however he said that with the current outside temperature, the unit was too small to achieve our desired inside temperature and gave us a quote for a new/bigger unit for $16k.

We spent some time trying to figure out if we wanted to upgrade the unit or just deal with the inside temperature (which at times was almost 80 degrees inside our master bedroom at night). We called complete comfort again, asking the technician to take a second look at the unit. On the day of scheduled arrival, he called and said there’s nothing more he could do so would not be returning and instead suggested having an energy test done for $350 to reconfirm that our unit was not large enough for sq ft. We went ahead and scheduled that as per his recommendation. The energy test did show that our unit was not large enough but our biggest concern being that our unit was only 4 years old with and have never had a problem like this before.

After about 3 weeks from the initial call, we decided to get a second opinion on the unit from another AC company that friends recommended. The technician found that we had a clogged drain line and the unit was low on freon. He did confirm that our unit could eventually use an upgrade but with the drain line unclogged, there’s no reason it shouldn’t be able to reach a desired temperature inside. Within 30 minutes, our unit was back to working like normal.

I called the office later that afternoon (7/19) to let them know how upset and disappointed I am when this could have been so easily fixed the first time the technician was at the house. She told me the service manager would call me to rectify this problem.. it’s now 7/23 with no follow up from anyone. While they’ve been great/prompt doing basic service for us in the past, I cannot and would not ever recommend this company.

TLDR; our experience was disappointing due to $16k misdiagnosis and poor follow-up.

Highly recommended for new A/C jobs or just maintenance & repair work. I’ve used this company for the past ~3 years servicing my older A/C unit and they always do trustworthy, quality work to keep my unit in good shape. Juan is a fantastic technician, very knowledgeable and friendly - you’re in luck if he shows up to help!

I could not be more satisfied with the service provided by Carlton. He was prompt, courteous and took the time to inspect and communicate his findings and recommendations. He was respectful of my home and assured that all was left in the same condition he found on his arrival. The cost of the service was fair, especially given its quality.
