Same day appointment. The scheduler on the phone was polite and helpful. Our plumber, James, arrived promptly. James was professional, courteous,, and efficient. He skillfully managed our issue which was the installation of a water line for the refrigerator. Decent price for same day service. I’ll definitely use them again for any future issues.

This company works super efficiently. Called them up and they had a plumber at my house within an hour! James came out and aside from his naturally warm demeanor and friendliness, he was super informative and honest. He set realistic expectations and did not beat around the bush. I definitely appreciated how helpful he was and the thorough explanation of everything.

James came by faster than expected. I was surprised he took care of our no hot water issue found the main shut off valves made the necessary repairs. He knew what he was doing so professional. Then he left everything clean is a plus and in working order so last minute for a holiday weekend late call as it should be. He was knowledgeable and respectful hard to find in these times thank you for your service.

James was an absolute pleasure. Efficient, good-natured and polite. He had to step out a few times to get parts for the repairs and did so with a smile every time… it’s a VERY long walk to the elevator so he got a workout, but never lost his sense of humor. I hope next time I need a plumber I can get him again! Wish I could give him 50 stars. Thank you James!!

They always get the work done timely and leave the work space clean when they are done. James helped us out today and he was wonderful. Absolutely rude and nasty lady in the phone. She wasn’t able to explain a process of pricing or what the company can actually offer. She just kept barking at me like a dog on the phone. Discourage anyone to even call them to don’t be treated badly. Bad company to have any business with. Avoid for all cost.

Amazing Service - We got a new kitten. The kitten decided to explore and climbed into the base of our designer pedestal sink and got trapped. I was awakened at 7AM to the meows of our new kitten. When I realized what had happened I tried, in vain. to get the kitten free. So, I started calling plumbers while the kitten was crying out in terror. The first 4 plumbers could not get to me fast enough (some were next day). Roto-Rooter Plumbing heard my story and dispatched Manuel who was at our house in 1/2 an hour and spent 3 hours freeing the cat and putting everything back together and in working order. Manuel was extremely concerned and loving towards our kitten the whole time. He had to remove the pedestal and rescue the cat and then put everything back together. I know what you are thinking - who has ever heard of a loving and caring plumber!!!! And wait there is more !!!! I was prepared to pay $500 - $750 for this amazing job! Manuel then told me that Roto-Rooter has a pet rescue policy - they do not charge to rescue pets!!! This was totally free!!! Wow - I am going to add them to my speed dial and recommend them to everybody.
