Terrible! These people are unprofessional, rude , arrogant, disrespectful and Pamela the owner left me and my family with no sink because God forbid they come across a dissatisfied customer when they don’t do their job and then say go find another plumber and hang up on my face. I just read the response from Pamela Let me set the record straight: her response is untrue. I unfortunately expect nothing less from this company than instead of taking responsibility, they chose to falsely attack my character and shift the blame to the customer. This is beyond upsetting and unacceptable and false. I am now scrambling to find someone to help me and ensure a sink for my family and children. This is BEYOND ABSURD AND WRONG!! They did not do the job right from the beginning and instead of being responsible, respectful and honest and caring this company exited the situation, left me hanging and the WORST PART have the audacity to blame me!! No way !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY there’s nothing worse than what I have unfortunately experienced with this company Zero customer service obviously Zero sense of responsibility Zero concern for the well being of a family and people in general STAY AWAY FROM this company STAY AWAY
I had an urgent leak in the Gables, other plumbers could not even guarantee next day service. When I "Called A Plumber" they were courteous and responsive to my needs and resolved my issue in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a company that still cares about customer service.
