Around 4 a.m. this morning, my toilet decided to stop functioning properly. I found this company and saw that they were a 24-hour service, so I had called around 5 a.m. To my surprise, my call was answered (I can't remember exactly who answered), and I asked if somebody could come by in the afternoon to fix it. I was not given an exact or estimated time, but I was told that I would get a phone call an hour prior to when someone would arrive, possibly around noon or 1 p.m. I finally got a phone call at 3 p.m. from a Louis (I believe) and he is already here. This isn't what I was told hours ago but I did not mind much since I knew I would be there whenever he arrived. He brings in the part and fixes it in less than twenty minutes. I'm not sure how to compare the price, but I can't say it was unreasonable for the task, considering I had no idea what to do. I paid cash and he left. I'm still waiting for a receipt via e-mail. Other than the timing, really liked this company and I would call them again if I come across similar issues.
Kindly said hi and asked if this is D. Rosher Plumbing. The guy says yes and then no and slams the phone. Wouldn’t use their services unless you’re desperate.
