Reviews of local pros in Keystone Heights, Florida

We could not recommend Nolan Air Conditioning any more! These folks are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and ridiculously fast! We called this morning at 8, they were here by 10 and finished by 11:30. Zach and his helper made sure we understood what was going on and explained clearly what the problem was. I feel like they really know what they are talking about and not just guessing like some other vendors we have had. They were very clear and up-front about pricing also which is so appreciated! We’re so happy to have found a good, honest, reliable AC company. Give these guys a call, they will get you cold quickly!!

I heard about Nolan air conditioning from a friend and decided to give them a try after my heater went out and boy am I glad I did once there techs Zach and Mason arrived they quickly deduced that my fan motor had went out luckily they had one on hand that fit my unit and were able to swap the old with the new in no time I was highly pleased with there attitude and professionalism I would recommend Nolan air conditioning 7 days a week 365 days a year.

Wonderful company! Very honest, respectful, and reliable! They installed a new system for us and did a great job! 10/10 would recommend!

We had a small AC job a few years back that we needed done and we came across Josh and his team through recommendations from folks in our community. The person they sent out was wonderful and took care of us. Fast forward to needing a completely new unit and ductwork, Nolan Air Conditioning was the only company for us. They took care of us quickly, met our needs, fair pricing, and exceeded our expectations. The owner, Josh, has even followed up with us less than a week later to make sure everything is working properly. Yes guys, we are much more comfortable!

We highly recommend Josh and his team for your AC needs!

Fantastic service! Josh, Zach and Mason were all very respectful of our home too! We had a new unit put in so they had to be in and out quite a bit and took their shoes off every time before coming in the house. Josh back again today to check things after it ran overnight and drop off some filters. We are extremely happy with our new a/c and the top notch service we received.
Thanks again!

Josh and his team were incredible from start to finish! He’s clearly experienced and takes a lot of pride in his work. The whole process was smooth — from the initial call to installation, everything was on time, clean, and done right the first time. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable AC service!

These guys are easy to work with, very responsive and professional and literally half the price of the big AC companies. They removed all of the AC stuff so I could replace rotten siding and returned to reinstall everything the next day. I highly recommend Josh and Zach.

We had a great experience with Nolan Air Conditioning. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got the parts needed to fix our AC. The technician was friendly and knowlegable. I highly recommend Josh!

We used Nolan or the first time after being referred by a friend. We are so happy with the service and honesty we received. I definitely will be using them again in the future!

I’ve known Josh Nolan for about 15 years, and I still remember when he first got into the AC business. He worked for multiple AC companies and he always talked about how they rushed their techs and didn’t focus on saving the customer money. That always stuck with me, and after all these years, Josh hasn’t changed a bit.

He’s helped me with maintenance, small repairs, and recently added some ductwork. The quality of his work, his work ethic and his honesty are the same as they were from day one. I also got to meet Zach and Mason who work with him, and they share the same values, professional, respectful, and they didn’t leave a speck of dirt or mess. I highly recommend Nolan AC! 👍🏻👍🏻

Nolan Air conditioning exceeded our expectations with quick response time and great service.
We reached out over the weekend needing our unit serviced and they came Monday morning and walked us through the entire maintenance process they preformed on the unit. Loved that there was no haggling trying to get me to replace unnecessary parts.

Great service. Came out and replaced my motor the same day. 25 degrees outside and never went a day being cold. Left a key for him to get inside while I was at work. Every thing worked out perfectly for me and for him. The way it should always be in life. Wish everyone I did business with was like this.

I had a great experience with Nolan AC! They were quick to respond and got the job done right away. The price was very fair and their team (Zach & Mason) were very professional. Highly recommend them if you need fast and reliable AC service!

We’ve used Josh from Nolan Air Conditioning for years now. From regular maintenance to new installs, the process and customer service have always been great. Quick, efficient and reliable!

We're writing to commend Nolan Air Conditioning for their exceptional service. Their team was easy to work with, very responsive, reliable, and professional. We were particularly impressed with their communication and follow-through. The entire process was quick and painless, with clear explanations & updates provided throughout. As a new customer prioritizing these factors, we were extremely satisfied. Thank you to Josh, we'll definitely call you and your company again!

Josh installed our heat pump approximately 2.5 years ago and has been back a couple times just to make sure that it stays clean and operating it's been a fantastic system. The energy savings that we have received from it has cut our electric bill in half. The quality of his service has been phenomenal. every time we had any little issue he has always made sure to address it immediately he takes very good care of making sure that his customers are happy and we are glad that we went with him and continue to be happy with the service he provides. I would recommend them to anyone and regularly try to as many people as possible.

Wonderful service. Called after finding out snyder bought the company I purchased my package unit from. Josh was amazing. Came out short notice evaluated the situation and told me exactly what needed to be done. Scheduled me for the next day showed up took care of business and got it back to working properly.

Josh and his crew ( Zach and Mason ) came out today and replaced our 22 year old unit with a two stage variable speed 17seer comfortmarker ! We opted for the 4 inch filter and added an air scrubber to the system. They will be coming back next week to upgrade the ductwork that is too small. We are so happy with the upgrade, it pushes way more air and is so much quieter! Josh and his guys are top notch and do great work, we couldn’t be happier!

Top notch service all around. These guys made the stressful experience of having to get a new A/C, a all around good time.
I have worked around many A/C techs and they were the most down to earth, fun and thorough ones yet. We are vary happy we chose." Nolan Air Conditioning"

To top it off my 6 year old son asked the owner to have a race, he accepted and raced him around the house.

Vary pleased we found a company we can confidently recommend to others.

Nolan air conditioning did an amazing job ! They responded super quick to a call when we didn’t have heat! They also discovered a gas leak we had and we didn’t even know. Repaired it fast and great work! Highly recommend

We just had our 15-year-old system replaced, and after getting a few estimates, we went with Nolan Air Conditioning — and we’re so glad we did! Their customer service was excellent, and everyone we dealt with was so friendly and knowledgeable. They made the whole process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend them!
