I can’t say enough good things about Lake Area Heating and Air! They came out this weekend and fixed not only our air conditioner, but also my in-laws’—both in the same weekend. They were fast, efficient, kind, and extremely reasonably priced.

In a time when quality service is hard to come by, this team exceeded every expectation. The new owners are truly wonderful. It’s clear they care deeply about the community and are committed to taking care of the people in our town.

After calling them with a heating problem Cason showed up in less than an hour and had us up and running in no time and in this weather it was needed. Great company and great workers. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Edit on review. Jeremy just called me and he has some awesome Customer Service personality! We fell through the cracks on a follow up, it happens. If your unhappy with anything ask to speak with him personally. He is coming out to the house to do the inspection. He did a full refund on the repair. I am more than happy with how he handled everything and we will continue to use them moving forward.

** No communication or follow up. Charged and left. Bill payed before the tech was off our road. No one fixed anything, called, emailed or text back. Heat advisory in July. No AC. Took someone else less than 10 minutes to fix it when it was fixed. Main duct detached 4' in from the main unit and under the mobile home. The tech Tom showed me a photo and left in under 15 minutes without it being reattached.

I really appreciate how this company handled things. We had an issue at first, but they reached out right away, made it right, and even refunded part of the bill. That showed me they truly care about their customers. It’s rare to find a company that takes accountability and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied. Thank you for turning the situation around and showing great customer service!

We had our old central unit replaced with mini splits. The 4 men that came to the house were professional, courteous, and kept everything in order. It was very nice to have them come and explain things as they went. Highly recommend Lake Area as well as mini splits!

We are extremely happy with Lake Area. I called earlier today with a problem of our unit not coming on. Justin was sent our way in a hour. Thank you to all the staff at Lake Area Heating and Air for their professionalism and expedited service. I had a catastrophic failure to one of my units, and had to get them replaced. My units were twenty seven years old, so it was time. When the failure happened, they were at my house within thirty minutes to assess the situation. They gave me two portable a/c units until the units could be replaced (lifesaver). They were out two days later with the new units, and had them installed by that afternoon. They did an excellent job installing the units at a very reasonable price. If you have any HVAC needs, I highly recommend Lake Area Heating and Air.

We had a quick-turn, large project redoing the ductwork in our commercial building. They did a great job and got it done in a very timely manner. Very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Do NOT confuse them with Bertie Heating and Air in G'ville (why they changed the name). Excellent communication, prompt service, affordable. Came out to look at the heater element that wasn't working, answered all my questions and replace a relay switch that died.

Will definitely use them again for ALL my A/C needs.

Great experience today! My mom had her system go out the day before we are supposed to see our coldest temps in a long long time. Jeremy and his team came out, diagnosed and went over everything with them in person and with me over the phone. Ordered everything to replace the system and had it installed same day, communication and professionalism was top notch! Would easily recommend them for any of your needs! Quality service at it's best.

Jeremy the owner & his WHOLE crew are wonderful honest, hard working people. They have repaired my units before & then last week I had them out to replace both of my units completely. We were experiencing an issue with our HVAC system on a very cold morning. Upon calling to see when someone could come check it out, I was expecting the visit date to be next day - or maybe later because of the winter season... But, we were pleasantly surprised that even during a busy morning schedule they sent a tech out within several hours!
Service guy, Darren, was AMAZING! He was very sweet, thorough and knowledgeable, making sure everything that needed fixing was fixed. He truly modeled what home service should be all about!

We spoke with several AC companies and Nolan Air was by far the BEST, their service, honesty, communication and pricing, all great! I would highly recommend them!

Nolan AC showed up the same day we called and gave us an estimate. Josh, the owner, was able to get a new unit installed and operating in less than 3 days. Nolan AC is an honest and reliable company I will busing again and recommending to anyone needed heat or AC work.

I contacted them on a Friday morning at 8am and by 10am they were here and quickly got our 19 year old a/c up and running (for an incredibly reasonably price) while we decided on a new unit.

If you need any air conditioner work done I would strongly recommend talking to Josh at Nolan Air Conditioning. I needed a new air conditioner and all new ductwork for my house. I called Josh after trying several other companies. Josh answered the phone when I called and came out the same day to give me a quote. His price was the best in town and Josh and Zack were both a pleasure to work with. They arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them for any future work.

I woke up with my house hot and air not blowing cold, they were all the way out to macclenny and had everything fixed in less than three hours! The guys were incredibly kind and knowledgeable of any questions I had. This is my third time using them and I can’t recommend them enough!
