Keystone HVAC installed fans in our ductwork to help get air to the far rooms that weren't getting much circulation. Daniel and Matthew did an excellent job. They were very professional, friendly, cleaned up afterwards, and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from Keystone HVAC! Daniel was incredibly helpful. I have a Mr cool mini split that no one else would work on and he didn't hesitate. His communication was top notch, the service was right on point. The problem solved quickly and he did a great job answering all my questions. The price was way better than I was expecting as well!

Absolutely great service! I had an issue with my recently installed mini split. During the installation, we lost some refrigerant, and after a while the unit started blowing cold air instead of heat. The unit runs on R32 refrigerant, and not many companies service or refill R32, so I searched on Google for someone local, as supporting local businesses is very important to me.

I texted Daniel and sent him a photo of the unit label. He called me back shortly after. He came out the same day to diagnose the issue, confirmed the unit was low on refrigerant, and returned the next day to refill it. Everything is now working perfectly.

Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. I truly appreciate the fast turnaround and excellent communication. Highly recommend Keystone HVAC Services LLC!

Prompt and fast service! Tech sent out, Mike Leonard, was very professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. Had my system back up and running cold, in hardly any time at all.

This is the second time I have called out Mike Bertie. Each time they have shown up within an hour of calling them and immediately fixed our AC issues. Justin came out yesterday. Immediately, he knew what was wrong and explained to me, why it happened and how to upkeep my AC better. We have had such amazing experiences with this company and will continue to use them for all our needs. Highly recommended!!

The AC in our home began to not cool as effectively as it should so I gave them a call. They were able to schedule an appointment the very next morning and Alan called ahead of time for the appointment to confirm and arrived five minutes early.

Andy was extremely helpful and informative. He even found issues when servicing our AC that three AC technicians from other companies who serviced it before did not catch.

Our AC ice cold now!

I would highly recommend this place to any and everybody who needs anything done with their AC unit the gentleman who came out to my house his name was Mr. Tom he is absolutely awesome they had my unit fixed and under 30 minutes this is by far the best HVAC I have ever come across hands down I would give them 20 Stars. Repair techs were on-time, nobody tried pushing any brand new install (although I did ask for one since it was well past due). Price was reasonable, crew was quick and kept things tidy while working. Once it was time for the invoice, it was like nobody was even working in the house, they cleaned up that well.

We recently decided to get a new HVAC system for our house. Lake Area Heating and Air made the entire process easy and pleasant. All staff involved were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I have been very pleased with the family owned Lake Area Heating & Air for over three years. I had to make a semi-emergency request recently because the A/C was making a funny noise and not blowing cool air. It wasn't hot outside yet. It was late in the day when I called. So, I told them it was a semi-emergency. The next morning, I think it was a son, was at my door because he put me first on the list. He found the problem. It was a capacitor about to go bad. He replaced and also did a full maintenance check.

We came home from a trip. Air conditioner was not working ! We called Lake Area Heating and Air. Darron came in less than a hour. Air is working we are cooling off. Thank you for the Great Service!!!

My ac was not working properly Saturday so I called and Damian came out to look at it. I don’t usually write reviews but feel Damian deserves it for the awesome work that he did. Not only was he very knowledgeable about my old ac unit but he was very personable and easy to talk with. Very down to earth. Thanks Jeremy for having him in your crew!!! I hope I get him every time I need someone.
