Courteous people at all levels in this company.Reliable service and scheduling, easy to reach when needed. MIKE, the service tech assigned to my home is excellent - careful and considerate. He's worked with me for almost a year and- hallelujah!- he's a cat owner,too, so he understands my tiny beasties. He always leaves my home clean and my furries happy.
I recommend Merry Maids for cleaning performance and worry free service.

The 2 ladies that cleaned our home were amazing. Very kind, polite and hard-working.The price is a bit high but they were detailed and wiped from top to bottom.

I have service with the Orlando team, and I'm never disappointed!! Merry Maids is a proven brand, efficient and through! I tried the $19 dollar guys, and it's been a few college kids with little to no cleaning experience, one who scrubbed into the finish of my dining room table, and one who broke a wine glass! And you don't get a completed job! I pay a little extra and get cleaning PROFESSIONALS who come in like dynamos and leave my house SPARKLING!! They are my best friends!! Lolol!

Yacnarys is the person that cleans my home. She is very detailed oriented and always goes beyond what is required to ensure that I’m happy. I will NEVER use anyone else!

The communication and notifications of arrival time are appreciated and the cleaning service is top notch! Irma Fernandez and Yvette Rivera cleaned every inch of my home and the subtle, signature touches actually made me smile. I'd definitely recommend them!

Horrible service. Didn’t clean anything, property manager paid over $500 for a DEEP CLEAN also charged an extra $50 to wipe down the outside of the fridge!. They didn’t touch the blinds, floor boards, or the bathrooms. House was so gross and it didn’t look like they even came here. They are amateurs at best, and need serious training. They came back a second time and had the excuse of “this doesn’t come off” for many areas, I wiped it with my finger and the dirt came off. They had to be asked to reclean lots of surfaces and it’s still not clean. They only came in with a swiffer and a couple spray bottles.

Ahead the most wonderful experience with Amy and Zulay in the Kissimmee office. My elderly parents house is being sold. My parents had been in the house since 1969. They had always kept the house clean. But it wasn’t until we cleaned out the closed and cabinets and took the stuff off the walls that we realized just how dirty this house was. Holy cow!!! The dust and dirt that had accumulated over all these years. The whole time they only cleaned the surfaces they could reach. Never did they clean out anything. We didn’t realize how much dirt could accumulate. Amy and Zulay did an incredible job of cleaning the entire house. For more than 6 hours they did a fantastic job of removing dirt, cob webs and even rust from all sorts of surfaces. They were very pleasant and professional. We chatted throughout the day. They showed me several spots when the damage to the surface was so ingrained that it could not be completely cleaned. But they worked very hard to remove as much as they could and that pleased me very much. They had me go back over the rooms they had completed to make sure the work was to my satisfaction. They even made some recommendations on more advanced cleaning options to clean the outside windows and steam clean the floors as dirt had settled and caked into the edges of the floor. No amount of mopping would remove it. They did a wonderful job cleaning 50 years of dirt in 6 hours. I am very pleased with the quality of service they provided. Will definitely recommend and utilize their services again. Thank you Amy and Zulay.

I am so impressed!!! My house looks outstanding! Denise and Jennifer did such an amazing job cleaning my house today! Even working around my two and three year old boys!! My house is shiny and sparkles! I’m definitely having there services again!! Thank you much ladies and merry maids!!

We have used Merry Maids of Kissimmee St. Cloud for sometime and have been more than happy with the service, quality of work, and thoughtful staff. Any concerns or questions I have had in the past were immediately addressed. At one time we were considering reducing the number of visits per month but we enjoy them so much we have kept the service consistent. I love having my weekends back to relax and never stress about having to do the millions of little things they do for us.

My husband agrees with me, Angela is very thorough and fast. We both love the relaxing clean scent. Thank you Angela for helping us take care of our home and family.
