My house sparkles. After going through the easy process of setting up the service, Merry Maids sent a crew of 2 for my initial cleaning. The ap allowed me to see exactly when they would arrive. I didn’t have to sit around listening for the door bell to ring. The crew was extremely efficient and thorough in their work. The house sparkles and smells so clean. They even cleaned the plantation shutters and baseboards.

I had an excellent experience with Luz Salcedo housekeeping services. She is professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. Every area she cleaned was spotless, well-organized, and left with a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. Luz works efficiently while still maintaining very high standards. I highly recommend her.

I have been completely satisfied with my last 3 house cleanings. Jennifer has been doing a great job. I have not had to repeat instructions each time and the house has been the cleanest it has been in years. The best part is that she speaks English! I hope Merry Maids is able to keep her as long as possible.

Wonderful experience!! Booked a onetime cleaning service for my mom (who hasn’t been able to clean like she used to due to health) for Mother’s Day. They did not disappoint!! Irma was lovely and so kind to my mom!! They did a fantastic job!! And communication was awesome! Was able to text w them to confirm a quote which was super helpful for someone who works fulltime. Highly recommend their service!

I’ve been using Merry Maids for a couple of years now, but over the last few visits I’ve had Cynthia — and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. I absolutely love having her in my home.

I work from home, and Cynthia is always incredibly respectful of my work calls and meetings, while still being so friendly and fun to talk to while we’re both “working.” She somehow strikes the perfect balance between professional and personable.

She’s also amazing with my dog, who is terrified of vacuums. Cynthia is patient, gentle, and clearly an animal lover, which puts me completely at ease.

And honestly — there have been a few times I completely forgot she was coming (despite the reminder texts 😅), so my house was not even remotely ready. Every single time, Cynthia has welcomed the chaos with kindness and a great attitude, never once making me feel like a burden or inconvenience to her day.

Beyond being wonderful to have around, she does an incredibly thorough job — my home always feels calm, clean, and refreshed after she leaves. Honestly, once she’s done, you’d hardly know a dog lives in this house.

Cynthia is thoughtful, hardworking, and such a joy to have around. I would recommend her without hesitation and truly look forward to her visits.

The only reason I docked a star is not Cynthia’s fault at all — it can just be a little frustrating not knowing what time of day your house is scheduled in the cleaning rotation. Some days you’re the first house and they arrive around 9am, while other days you’re the last and they arrive closer to 3:30pm.

As someone who works from home, it would be really helpful to have a better sense of where you fall in the rotation so you can plan your workday around having people in your home.
