I called Lucas Service based on reviews and they did not disappoint. David responded immediately and came to clean my rugs in just a few days. He did a great job and even looked after my cat in the process. I will definitely be using this company for all future cleanings.

Lucas did an amazing job getting our AirBnB back together by deep cleaning our carpet, cleaning our furniture and went above and beyond power washing our backyard/Lanai! I would 100% recommend using his for any of your services or repairs. The Lanai is spotless and the carpet and couches are stain free! Could not have asked for a better job.

Best money I've spent in years! We just purchased a vacation home and the carpets are over a decade old and show it. We hired Lucas Service & Repair to do a deep clean on them and are just blown away by the results. On top of that, they were very professional and responsive to work with. Amazing service! I’m extremely particular and I highly recommend this company. David was communicative, prompt, friendly and did a wonderful job! My carpets needed a good, thorough cleaning and he was above and beyond. I’ve even asked him to come back and clean my tile floors. Fantastic experience!

David was amazing! So friendly, professional and did an amazing job. I found Lucas Services through a Google search. He cleaned my couches, beds and tile. The grout looks sparkly and new! We had the carpets cleaned in our 3 bedroom home. Top notch service! We were notified that morning by text of the expected arrival time. The carpets look great now. He also cleaned the area rug. Excellent service for an excellent price! Will be our “go-to” for any future needs!

(Update, November 2025): we had the team out again for additional work and once again had fantastic service.

I had impossible stains from the harsh Florida humidity that I had scrubbed and scrubbed, but thankfully Lucas was able to get them out and back to a clean white/cream look.

He was quick, he was able to work with my schedule and he even accommodated when I had to change dates and cushions on him, twice.

I will 100% be going back to Lucas for my next cleaning need.

I wanted a deeper cleaning of vents and surrounding areas. The technicians explained how they would approach the cleaning process. The equipment used looked professional. They worked carefully and methodically. Every section looked better once they finished. The home felt refreshed.

My dryer was taking nearly two hours to dry a load of towels, which was a huge waste of my time.
Arlo performed a dryer vent cleaning and found that the vent was about 90% blocked with lint.
He cleared the entire line and even found a small sock that had been sucked into the exhaust pipe!
Now my towels dry in just one cycle, and I’m saving so much on my monthly electricity bill.
He was a very professional and friendly technician who handled the whole job perfectly.
I’m very satisfied with the results and the efficiency of the dryer since his visit here.
He was a very hard worker and didn't leave any mess behind for me to clean up.
