I’m disappointed with this cleaning service. We clearly discussed before starting that if any complaints came up in the future, I would be understanding — and there haven’t been any issues yet. However, the cleaner couldn’t access the house once because I was working and missed the call to give them the code — and now they want to charge a fee without giving any prior notice that this would happen.

I believe professionalism includes clear communication and fair treatment. I’ve tried to be respectful and kind throughout, and I expect the same in return. Unfortunately, I don’t feel like that’s what I received.
