I’ve been using shining broom cleaning for a couple weeks now and I’m very satisfied with their services. They are great at communication and have done a great job cleaning and maintaining my Airbnb. Also their pricing is very fair. I would highly recommend.

I have an Airbnb. I had a party, and my place was very dirty. My cleaning company refused to clean it. I found this service on short notice, and they came and cleaned everything perfectly. I had guests leaving at 10 AM and new ones arriving at 4 PM, and they managed to clean in time. I'm very happy with the service.

This Airbnb cleaning company has made a big difference in Davenport! They take care of the cleaning for all my properties, and my guests have been giving me more compliments on how clean everything is. They pay attention to every little thing. I’m really happy I chose them.

Would never recommend such a bad cleaning/property management service. They were unresponsive and left my Airbnb in poor condition for the next guest. The owner is dishonest and unreliable. They up charge you a ton for “random repairs” and take complete advantage of you.

I paid $325 to this company for them to deep clean my airbnb, cos I wanted photos taken and to get it live. I didn’t have time to review the work the cleaners had done until the next day and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement.

I spent 4 hours re-cleaning the home, the next day to get it picture perfect for photos. Still, the pictures captured the dirty wood cabinets in the bathrooms. For this reason I can’t show the bath pictures and would need to reschedule a photographer to come get those pictures after the bathrooms have been properly cleaned.

This company was a waste of my time and money. They spent 8 hours cleaning and for what? I attached only a few photos, I have more than 25 photos of the horrible cleaning done in my home. Please don’t call to ask me to take this down or rectify this review. It is my honest opinion of the services rendered.Thanks!

We have owned a short term rental(str) for just under 4 years now. We live in Colorado and our str is in Florida so we needed a management company to be there for us since we can't. In May of 2025 we switched Management Companies and are now pleased to be represented by Constellation Co-Hosting & STR Management. Along with the day-to-day operation they brought Shining Broom Cleaning Company to be the go to company for all of the cleaning and any maintenance needs that pop up unexpectedly. We are very pleased with our decision to change as we are experiencing a great response from our guests to date. Since the first week of May we have received 9 reviews, 8 of them were 5 star and 1 was a 4 star review. One of the things that sticks out to us is the constant communication we get. Not only are they on top of taking care of our property but they send us communication regularly that always include 40+ photos, sharing what our property looks like after they have prepared it for the upcoming guest. We highly recommend using both Shining Broom Cleaning Company and Constellation Co-Hosting & STR Management.

It was clean when I arrived just a few things the previous guests had left behind were found. We wanted to mop the floor after swimming and eating but couldn't find a mop. We needed extra toilet paper and a dish cloth to wash dishes but we managed. Thank you for hosting my family vacation we would love to come back soon.
