Shining room is an awesome cleaning company! They assign us the same cleaners every time, so that the cleaners really know our home. They also take time to look through our nine bedroom home for the small details, missing items, stained linens and more. They keep us up-to-date on items that are Going out of stock, and are really good about keeping us aware of items that need repaired or maintained throughout the home. They even have a handyman available for those items that require one. Definitely recommend them for your short term rental business!

Not a good company found mildew buildup over a months hired them to manage property. They’ve been stealing $1000 from me every month they book people behind my back and collect cash and charge me extra cohost fee. Do not allow these people to clean your property nor manage your property.

‼️STOP. READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK THEM. 🚨 I had to spend hours cleaning behind them. Every clean, we had to point out everything they missed. And trust me, it was A LOT.
But the worst part?
They only replied fast when it was time to send the payment link.
Every time we messaged about mistakes, concerns, or items not cleaned properly, crickets.

I booked them for weekly residential cleaning exactly what they advertise and after TWO sessions they suddenly claimed “we don’t do residential.”
So, why advertise it?

This place is overpriced, inconsistent, and honestly just not worth your peace of mind.
If you value your home your time,, your money, and your patience, go elsewhere. I now went ahead and hired my live-in house keeper which I should have done before booking these unreliable people.

Everything we needed was provided, and the home was well organized and welcoming. The heated pool and the grill was a great bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were great, super quick to answer any questions at any moment and communication was smooth throughout.
