My patients at my office always tell me how beautiful my landscaping looks.

In a townhome community they are not supposed to come onto private property. They did that anyways, & completely butchered a plant that I had for years. They cut off half the branches, branches I was using as shade over my walkway in front of my door. It will never produce those limbs again. That exposed the trunk & all the roots of the plant which is now completely ugly. What's even worse is that the plant has sentimental value. It was given to me by a friend as a Thank you for helping her in a somber time. She carried that plant w/her for years in a pot as she moved from state to state. We loved that plant, & were proud how well it had grown after I planted it in my yard. I am devastated by what they did.

I called to inquire about some landscape materials from out of state. Anthony was very helpful and patient with my many questions. He provided excellent customer service and was very informative.

The crew headed by Jason came to trim trees for our HOA. I asked two times on prior days to not trim the trees at my address. This morning while in the shower the trees were trimmed. When I confronted Jason he was disrespectful and mocking said he "didn't know nothin'." I reached out to the office but the owner or manager named Ray would not return my call. I tried a second time and he refused to talk to me. In a nutshell, the experience would be rated as follows:
Unprofessional behavior, Unprofessional in the execution of tree trimming, Unprofessional in lack of cleaning up after "butchering"
the tree leaving piles of twigs in my yard. Unprofessional in the lack of response to an upset customer.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My HOA provides lawn care. However, I went through the process of getting a letter from the HOA’s property management company that states my yard is a no go zone and that I’m 100% responsible for the upkeep. Perfect!!! Until Southern Image was chosen to continue the contract that is. For five weeks straight I spoke to crew members that I encountered asking if they had received said notice in addition to placing NO CUT signs in my yard. That brings me to today which is a Tuesday and do keep in mind I just cut the grass last night. Unfortunately, I didn’t put my signs out this morning for two reasons: 1) I clearly had just cut my yard; CLEARLY. 2) Historically the crew hasn’t made it back to my area of the neighborhood until Wednesday so I thought I had another day to wait. Oh to my utter disappointment and disbelief. I pulled in the drive this evening to see what should have been my beautifully plush, dark green, and perfectly trimmed St Augustine grass pummeled by what had to have been an extremely dull blade, badly over trimmed, burning in the sunning, and left ultimately to die. Their equipment also left tire tracks on my recently clean driveway. Unlike other reviewers of this company I’m not getting any impression that they care.

The company has been amazing to the community providing exceptional service. Anthony, Esvin, Domingo, and Thomas are a great team and have been very accomdating to the community needs.

The guys at Southern Image Landscaping were very professional and knowledgeable! In particular, Derik had great follow through from beginning to end and he was very professional and courteous and made sure to work hard to complete the job and did an amazing job!! Thank you! 🙏

Met the owner at a bank. Seems really down to earth and has an honest desire to serve people with integrity and compassion. I haven't personally had lawn care done by the company but think it's always great to get a first hand account of someone's view of the man behind the business. Unethical and not professional! Employees like James are simply rude and owner don’t even hold accountable dishonest behavior. This company takes advantage of other businesses by using their services… paying with checks and cancelling payment after vehicle gets picked up. Classless and disgusting behavior. Never in my adult life have I dealt with such petty behavior from a “reputable company”. Other businesses be aware !

Southern Image Landscape has been awesome for us. The crews show up on time, get the job done right, and really pay attention to the details. Our property looks so much better since we started using them and it’s been super easy working with their team. Definitely glad we switched over.
