Southern Image Landscape is a great company to work with! They are reliable, professional, and really care about the quality of their work. The crews are consistent and always leave the properties looking amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a landscaping company they can trust.

Landscaping at its finest! I couldn't have hired a better crew! Very professional and punctual. All my hedges were trimmed to the specifications that I asked for, the lawn was perfectly mowed, and the workers cleaned up all the debris. The edging was perfect. I spoke to the owner personally, and he was very helpful and kind. I finally found the lawn care professionals I've been looking for!

The employee's are inexperienced plain and simple. It clearly shows in their work or lack there of. They don't pick up debris left by their blowers. They leave debris on vehicles. They don't trim/mow between houses and they don't trim trees all the way. I feel bad for the owners who allow this type of work to be done on a weekly basis. Pics were taken same day after they left. Apparently this is what they call "service." All the more reason why I'm here to leave a review with 1-Star. They deserve it.

**UPDATE** The crew managed to come back (several days later due to lots of rain) and take care of the missed areas as best as they could. They must have received several complaints from the HOA as it's been a hot topic on the board. I did update from a 1-Star to a 2-Star. Hopefully they will strive to do better quality work.

James is always super knowledgeable, professional, and polite whenever I talk to him. He shares so much helpful information and really represents Southern Image well. You can tell the company has a great culture because the positive attitude definitely shows through every employee I’ve met. Keep up the awesome work, Southern Image!

PPM was a great fast and professional service. They did an amazing job on our fencing, and I would gladly recommend them to all of my neighbors. Thank you guys so much will definitely be a returning client for any other inquiries.

On October 22,2024, PPM Outdoor’s team visited my home to replace the sod. However, the work performed did not meet expectations nor align with the prior discussions. As I have mentioned several times to the management company of my house,my lawn is contaminated, and instead of fully removing the existing grass as they should have, the PPM Outdoor team merely trimmed it with trimmers and placed the new sod patches directly over the roots of the contaminated grass. This leaves the area vulnerable to reinfestation since the old grass was not properly removed.

Additionally, the work on the left side of the house was not completed, despite the prior agreement that the replacement would include both the front and the sides, as discussed with the management company of my house. I informed the PPM Outdoor workers of this omission and the inadequate execution of the work, but they leave my house.
I would like to express my concern that this improper handling of the sod replacement by the PPM Outdoor team workers, jeopardizes all the treatments we have previously done, including pest control and fertilization. I believe this process has not been treated with the seriousness it deserves, and I suggest that no one consider hiring this company PPM Outdoor company for taking care of your lawn or an SOD Replacement.

As you can see in all their replies to the truthful negative comments they take NO accountability! This company is not a good hire and I recommend everyone to stay away! We finally had a new fencing company come out and fix all their errors. They are not skilled in fencing, repair, communication or customer service and they will leave your property worse than before and blame it on anyone else. DO NOT HIRE!

They've been to my property 3 times and can not get the job done correctly. I've scheduled them for a 4th visit to fix my fence, which they so called fixed the last 3 times, and they keep not showing up to the appointments. They reschedule them without even a phone call to me. So, I take off work and wait for them and then no one ever comes. Then I get an EMAIL stating that they aren't coming. Not even a phone call. This is all the time with these people. I'm reaching out to my leasing company to see about hiring a different company

The most professional and fast responding company I’ve experienced in a long time. I received a quote for the work I needed in under 24 of calling and not long after that received a call to get my work scheduled. The yard is gorgeous and green and they even took care of small irrigation repairs to make sure it stays that way! Absolutely great response time and awesome communication. The workers were hardworking and efficient! Beautiful work. 10/10

This company was hired by my property management company to come out and cut our trees back to allow sun to come through to the new sod that was just laid. Also, they were to trim any trees that were touching or near the house. They have come out maybe 4-5 times and can’t seem to get the job done. Either they trim some of the front and completely leave the back or they mangle trees and leave multiple branches hanging from the tree, half cut. Additionally they do not communicate at all; I saw a reply to one review that said they update through the property management company but when I called mine to find out why no one showed up as scheduled, they didn’t even have any update. Lastly, Hurricane Milton is making landfall tomorrow and due to this company’s surprise visit (no communication) yesterday (Monday) I now have tree debris all over my front yard and some of back yard that I have to scramble to clean up because my husband already cleaned the yard up this past weekend. And no, they yet again did not accomplish what has been asked and re-asked of them multiple times with the trees. Yes, I asked my property management company not to send this company back out after the 2nd time but they did.

Jimmy did a great job on my sprinklers. I recommend him and this company!

This company is FABULOUS! They are quick to respond, fast at providing estimates and their work is exceptional! Very happy with their fencing product. The hurricane knocked some panels down and they acted quickly to get it repaired!

Albert was extremely knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, he was very dedicated to fixing our complex irrigation problem. In 5 minutes he figured out what previous companies could not, he payed attention to every detail of the property. Smart and caring. 10/10.
