Such a great experience! Got my new ac installed and the entire process was so easy. The guys worked very well and the inspection was setup, I didn't have to worry about anything. To top it off the customer service was amazing, I would recommend AJ's to anyone!

They provided me excellent experience from first my calling to receptionist Crystal and Jennette. Technician Jorge was scheduled on same day to checking my rental. He listed very detailed steps for his labour. My A/C is fixed and working. My tenant was really appreciated.

Excellent company!! They installed a mini split unit I'm my garage and did excellent work! Unit had a small leak from Manufacturer and they immediately came back out and got it fixed. Been running 2 years no issues.

Janet and Albert are great! They have been maintaining our AC for almost 2 years now, and I would not change them even for any other company. They know what they are doing and are honest, fast, and reliable.

I had an emergency with my AC unit. I called AJ's and spoke with Janet. She was extremely helpful and assured me that she would have someone at the house in about an hour. Less than hour later Albert showed up to service the unit and had it back up and running in no time and at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this company. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Wonderful experience using Aj’s Air! I called them yesterday early afternoon and they had a technician here by 4pm! The technician fixed up our air handler and provided a regular maintenance to it as well. The cost was very fair!! I enjoyed the service so much that I signed up to have regular maintenance with them!! Highly recommend this company!!!!

Called AJs last Friday. Albert came to my home on Saturday to check the home, AC unit, ducts, vents, etc. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the condition of the unit and air quality in the home. He answered all of the questions we had. Today, the crew came to the house and got to work immediately. They worked meticulously to clean, sanitize, and vacuum the unit, ducts, vents and grates. The team was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to everyone. The service was amazing!!!!

AJ did a great job with our home AC. They were helpful in what to do to help better maintain the unit and serviced the system with quality work at an honest price. I highly recommend this company!

Jorge was amazing, and did an excellent job. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why, as well as what the problem was and my options.

Janet was also excellent in her communication and keeping me up to date.

After getting bad information from the company I was using for my annual service I called Albert who I have known for many years. He immediately came over to see what was wrong with my systems. He diagnosed both my issues and repaired them at a great savings over the quotes I had from the company I was using for my annual upkeep! The only reason I was using this company was because the previous homeowners were using them and they said they were very reliable and knew the system! Big mistake on my part. I should have brought Albert in when I bought the house. It’s AJ’s air from now on. I would highly recommend AJ’s air! Albert is honest, reasonably priced and knows what he’s doing!!

AJ's Air is a great company! Albert is an amazing guy that will fix or install A/Cs and the work is awesome! The dispatch is named Janice and she is great also, need an appointment or an emergency has come up? She is on it and is super nice! I love the personal connection they make with you!

Great service as always. The office staff and the technician communicate efficiently. They always show up when they say. All the work is thoroughly explained and options are given. So it’s not like some businesses giving you only one option, the most expensive one! Trust is hard to establish with a business sometimes. Not the case with AJ’s, they’re straight shooters. I trust this company and have recommended them to several neighbors.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Always professional, super nice, excellent work and fairly priced. They’ve been our regular service tech since we bought our house 7 years ago. They’ve installed an entirely new HVAC as well as a split in our garage.

I had one of the most pleasant experiences ever with this company. I first met Albert and just wanted to say the job was met to our satisfaction. They went above and beyond and were extremely professional and honest. I have dealt with many companies over the years and this one by far is the best. The two gentlemen who did the repair work on unit also were extremely professional as well. I will continue to call them again if needed in future.

I discovered AJ's when reading another company's poor review. I read AJ's reviews and gave them a try. If you are looking for a 2nd opinion or for a company that is willing to fix only what is needed (not just wanting to replace your entire system) - I highly recommend them. The experience that I had with Albert and his wife was superb. I had a bad evaporator coil that needed to be replaced. Luckily, the part was covered under warranty. I called 4 different companies and AJ's air ultimately became my choice. When I spoke to Albert and his wife, they were very reasonable and honest. They are genuinely good people. That was important to me. I called Thursday morning and the job was complete the same day. Albert and his wife handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. I was working that day and Communication was always kept throughout the day. This was all on their day off!! They will definitely be my first choice in the future.
