Our AC was off for two days with children in the house and Mr. Gonzalez came the same day .He blessed us with his knowledge and kindness. May they prosper in JESUS CHRIST NAME AMEN.

Great experience from sales to installation. I was shopping quotes from different companies when I called AJ's.
Albert came and discussed my a/c replacement with me. From that point, Janet kept in contact with me to ensure I was comfortable with my decision to go with AJ's air, but most importantly, make sure I got what I wanted as a customer. From equipment brand to specific install details. I replaced my unit with a 16 seer model. Jorge and the other technicians were knowledgeable and courteous with great workmanship! I am extremely pleased with this company and would definitely recommend them. They provide exceptional, honest, and reliable service. Very professional from punctuality, to sales, paperwork, and install.

AJs air was fast & efficient with helping my elderly parents replace their air condenser in the heat of the summer. They came out the same day & had the parts ordered and replaced the next day. They were very professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Albert, the senior technician, ran every test to quickly and accurately diagnose my AC problems. Rodriguez, a young technician, was on time and repaired the condenser coil with expertise. Five Star service at a reasonable price. Had another company come out and tell me that I needed a new system for 16,000 dollars. AJs Air came out and fixed the problem for $500. This company is honest and deserves your dollars.

Albert and Janet are very thorough and helpful. Albert and Juan fixed my duct that had a tear in it, and they added insulation to seal the air handling unit from the attic plenum. They did a full service of the AC unit too. Definitely will use them again. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you Janet, Albert, and Juan!

AJs air is an affordable and family friendly business. When I opened my air conditioning unit closet to find a mess, AJs was my first call. They were punctual and really explained the process and what was wrong with my unit. If you need services and are looking for reliable and honest work… call them! I will be scheduling regular maintenance on my unit in the future with their business.

First time using this company. Superior communication with timely updates on tech's arrival. Our tech Juan H was so very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've been using AJ air services as a renter for the past 8 years. The team is so polite, reliable and reasonable. Yesterday I reached out to them as an emergency. Water was coming through the air vent on to kitchen floor. They came out today to do a maintenance on our old unit. In addition the tech was courteous enough to teach us some techniques to help reduce damages in the future. I really appreciate Janet for her speedy response in helping me and my daughter's. After getting several estimates for a complete AC replacement, we decided to use AJ's Air. Albert's estimate was thorough and very competitive. He took the time to explain my options, recommend different products and did not try to upsell me. They showed up on time and his workers Juan and George were very friendly and professional. Definitely an A+ job, would not hesitate using them again or recommending them to friends and family.

Office communicated very well with me. Arrival was on time. Jorge was very professional and knowledgeable.

I had a horrible experience with another company that was seeking an extreme amount of money for a small house. AJ's Air not only gave us a fair evaluation but several discounts when we including new units and duct work. I had a great experience and will be referring them to friends and family.

I found AJ's air through a Google search in Kissimmee. They were right on time, courteous, clean, listened and educated me on the issue I was having with my Mini-Split. Didn't try to upsell and even thought through the procedure to save me some cash in the end. I've had other AC repairs elsewhere and AJ's is by far, hands down, the best I've ever seen. Don't even think twice, call them if you're looking for someone fair They are highly recommended! Great service all around. That just doesn't happen much any more. AJ's gets an A+ from me.
