BEWARE of this GUY! Especially if you live in POINCIANA! Very Fishy, I had my doubts about him when he arrived I should of trusted my instincts. I made an appointment yesterday 8/2/2022 with "Leo" to come out to my house because the AC stop working,, After checking the Thermostat he told me that the AC is not the problem it was the thermostat and a fuse that needed replacing. Total Charge was $370.00, I paid this person cash after the job was done and before he left he said everything is good. 40 Minutes after he left the unit stop working absolutely no AIR! I called him and he told me that he cannot return today because he had already left POINCIANA. Being that I totally disagree with this I insisted that he return to complete the job and he refused. He also added that he would return half of the money. My conclusion to all of this is, he knew that the job wasn't finished before he left and the reason why he didn't want to finish the job before he left was because he had already quoted me a price and because my AC unit is under warranty for parts he would be out the money for the parts In my opinion he had all planned out not to mention if I would of let him return tomorrow that would of given him a chance to charge another service fee.

Leo and Jonny are wonderful! We are very grateful to them for treating our need with urgency. Jonny did an AWESOME job replacing the coil in our inside unit. Leo is very responsive. He’s quick to reply to my requests, questions, and concerns. He is reliable - arrives within the time frame he promises. HE CARES... he found a replacement part (coil) for our unit the same day... now that’s a wow! 😳 And he does not want us to spend more than we should. We thought that our thermostat needs upgrading but he said that our thermostat is good and does not need replacement. We were contemplating on getting a brand new unit which would cost us $1720 more but he did not really recommend it. In fact, his responses to my questions leaned on replacing the coil that’s under warranty. He gives the option we have but does not upsell. Leo is truly GREAT guy... a BLESSING!!

It’s almost impossible to get a technician to come out within 48 hours. My home warranty company could not find anyone for at least another week. I found AC Home on Google and they arrived less than an hour after I called, fixed my unit and help to assist with getting a refund from my warranty company. Leo was fast and efficient!!!!!!!!!

Leo was terrific. He was concerned about the surgical procedure that I had today and came out immediately to repair our air conditioner. Leo is fast, he is efficient, and above all, he is caring. We highly recommend Leo and AC Home LLC. Too bad there aren't 6 stars to award this company!

Leo was extremely fast to respond and replaced my entire system within 24 hours. He was at my house in an hour from the time i called. He was more affordable then other quotes and extremely honest, offering me different options. This is the second time we have used his services and i wouldn't use anyone else.

Leo is a beast, works hard, fast and very professional. Prices are affordable. Came one afternoon-night saw what was wrong and next day I have everything fix and my house nice and cool... if I ever need my A/C checked I will definitely call him again.

Leo was quick to respond and came out within a reasonable timeframe. When he arrived, he fixed our AC problem and taught us how to care for it in case the problem occurred again. Would definitely recommend and use Leo again in the future!

Extremely grateful for LEO who came out on a Sunday on Labor Day weekend a few days prior to a hurricane and fixed our ac and gave us back our cold air very quickly! Very nice guy and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much Leo! Very grateful.

I had another company fix my AC and they had to come several times the same week and my AC was still not cooling. I found AC HOME LLC and Leo came over in less than 2 hours and fixed the problem in less than 30 mins (when the other company took days with no positive results). Leo was very nice and honest and he took the time to explain the issue and how to prevent it in the future. I am truly happy to have found this company for all my AC needs. Highly recommended!!

Great service. Our AC was not working for a few days as other technicians said that our compressor was not working and we had to buy a new one. When I contacted Leo, he promptly responded and he was able to find out our compressor still had a warranty. The next day our AC was back on, he was great rates and is a very polite person. I highly recommend!

I wish I could give Leo a million stars. He was truly a lifesaver after my a/c compression thingy died on The day before a holiday. I called about 10 different companies and He was the only one willing to come out on short notice and not charge me a ridiculous service Call fee. He showed up in a reasonable amount of time, he was very professional and super super fast. Do yourself a favor and give this guy a call!!! You won't be sorry :-)

Leo was insanely fast, informative and nice. We have a 12 yr old system and He setup the whole new system and got it running perfectly in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend :)

He is super quick in responding. Very professional. My AC went out and I tried calling a few places no one had availability until a week after to replace our Unit. Leo offered to come within 45 minutes of speaking with us to fix it until he could replace it the next day. The unit could not be repaired so he didn’t charge us for the 1st visit. Next morning we had Unit replaced.

The service was great. He communicated clearly on what the issue was and fixed the problem quick and easy. I will keep Leo and his team in my contacts for any future jobs. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were already stressed out that our AC went weird after two days., so I went on Yelp and found AC Home that was available. Leo was very prompt in replying my questions in multiple mails. Leo did a great job checking and fixing my AC so that we don’t have to spend thousand dollar on a new unit! That’s a huge relief for us. Thank you and we will definitely come back again.

Leo went above and beyond with his level of service. Super nice guy! He kept me updated through phone calls and text messages of the status of the piece i was waiting for. He was prompt, explained to me the issues with the AC, and even gave me tips on how to keep the system in good shape. Will definitely call him up again in the future. Oh and best of all, he gave me the best price from everyone i first contacted when my system broke.

These guys are very refreshing. Leo is a very customer-centered owner, working hard to deliver on all promises, and even went beyond what we agreed to just to make sure I was satisfied with the results. No surprise I was very satisfied. The work was fast & accurate, the prices very reasonable, and the communication was honest--better than any HVAC company I've done business with. I'll definitely pass on to people I know, and would recommend for anyone who needs a reliable A/C company.

I cannot say enough about how great the service Leo and Johnny from AC Home provide. When my air conditioning went down during a heat wave, I discovered AC Home online and chose them based solely on their reviews...nothing but 5 stars with hundreds of reviews. After reading some of the reviews, without question I chose AC Home to help me. I could not be any happier. They booked an appointment from 12-2 the day after contacting them, which I was quite happy with. I received a text from Leo at 6:30 that night advising me that it was possible Johnny''s earlier appointment might run long so he was asking to push the appointment window to 2-4 because he didn't want to be late. This impressed me greatly as I have had situations where I've had to wait an entire day for a tech to show up for a 9am appointment and he never arrived! Johnny ended up arriving right at 2 and i was again greatly impressed with his knowledge. He plugged his equipment in and assessed the initial problem which he fixed very quickly. Once he fixed that problem he knew just by looking at his meter that my problem was deeper rooted - I needed a valve replaced in the indoor unit. He was able to secure the necessary part and return within 2 days to replace the part and restore my condo to cool and comfortable temperatures in short order. I also respect Leo's honesty. I asked if it would be better for me to just go ahead and replace the whole system instead of repairing it this time and potentially having it nickel-and-dime me for months/years. Leo very easily could have told me that it would be better to get a brand new system for thousands of dollars, but he gave me his honest opinion that from what Johnny saw, the system should last another few years at least once the valve was replaced. I told Leo that based on him telling me that, when it does come time to replace the system...he certainly has my business! Another 5 star rating here for AC Home! Thanks Johnny and Leo! Called leo, he arrived 20 minutes later. He diagnosed the issue quickly, his price was fair and he was done quickly. I would highly recommend calling him first.

I can’t say enough praise for the work AC Home LLC delivers. Every time I’m stuck in a bind Leo comes to the rescue !!! He is very fair in pricing, explains clearly what the parts are for and briefly why it’s important. As a woman, I’m always concerned I’m going taken advantage but he has consistently delivers quality work, reasonable prices and responds timely. I have used him for years and recommend him highly for being honest and hard working family man. You won’t be dissatisfied. I promise !
