Our AC unit stopped working on a Saturday evening. Omi was extremely responsive and helpful over the phone, attempting to troubleshoot before coming out. He arrived when he said he would, was extremely polite, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue for a reasonable price. Will definitely do business with Arctic Air again.

Omi was an EXCELLENTTTT service technician. He patiently walked me through how my system works, taking the time to explain everything clearly since I wasn’t familiar with it. He also educated me on Nest thermostats and handled everything with great skill and professionalism.

We had our AC fixed by these folks and they did an AMAZING job. Super friendly knew exactly what to do and explained everything real clear. What I liked most is they focused on a long term fix not just a patch up job. If you’re in Orlando and need any HVAC service these guys are the real deal!!!!

Our drain pan was leaking and had overflowed into our room, but Omi handled everything efficiently and with great attention to detail.
