I honestly can’t recommend Arctic — and especially Jose — enough for the incredible job he did on my air conditioning system. He replaced the evaporator coil, and from start to finish, his professionalism and expertise truly showed.

I can't remember the gentleman's name who came to work on my A/C, but both technicians were wonderful-one of them might have been Omi. They clearly explained what they were doing and what needed repair, then fixed everything on the spot. Very kind, respectful, and reasonably priced. After enduring nearly two weeks without AC last summer, my wife and I knew we’d be replacing both units in our home this year. When the time came, we started gathering quotes from local companies. Arctic was highly recommended by a close friend, so we decided to give them a call—and we’re so glad we did. Omi was extremely responsive and came out to our home the very next day. After talking with him, my wife and I were confident Arctic was the right choice. Scheduling the installation was seamless, and both installation crews arrived right on time. They were professional, tidy, and genuinely pleasant to have working in our home and attic for several hours—even patiently tolerating the nonstop barking from our three dogs! Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The entire process with Arctic was smooth from start to finish, and we have nothing but great things to say. Imtiaz from Arctic Air Temp did a fantastic job replacing the evaporator coil on our HVAC system. He showed up on time, got right to work, and really seemed to know what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t try to upsell anything we didn’t need.

The system has been running so much better since he finished, and you could tell he actually cared about doing the job right. He was also really friendly and respectful in our home, which we appreciated.

Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely call Arctic Air Temp again especially if Imtiaz is available. Highly recommend!
