We had a great experience with TCOM AC repair! These guys were incredibly hardworking and thorough from start to finish. They didn’t just come in and do a quick fix — they took the time to carefully go through every detail of our AC system and make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. What really stood out to me was how they took a lot of pictures throughout the process to show exactly what they were working on. It gave us a ton of confidence in the quality of the work being done. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend them if you want it done right the first time!

We recently had our entire AC unit redone by Tcom, and I can't recommend them enough! Giovanni was the technician who handled the job, and he was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. He took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we understood the process and what to expect. The quality of his work was top-notch — you can tell he takes real pride in what he does. Our new AC is running perfectly thanks to his hard work. If you need HVAC services done right, ask for Giovanni and go with Tcom. You won’t regret it!

I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am with Tcom Mechanical. From the very first interaction, Ileana, the scheduler/receptionist was surprisingly unprofessional. Instead of treating me with respect and dignity, while on the phone, Ileana made rude and inappropriate comments about me personally and our situation, in Spanish to the manager, Louise (not realizing I also speak Spanish and understood every word). Her dismissive tone, lack of courtesy, and overall attitude immediately made me question how this business treats its customers.

Unfortunately, things only went downhill from there. They misdiagnosed the problem and installed new coils that were not even the issue. The installation itself was sloppy, and now my AC is still broken and my home has leaks because of their poor work. Instead of fixing anything, they only created more damage and more stress.

When I asked for the manager’s contact information to escalate the situation, Ileana flat-out refused to provide it. Every phone call afterward was met with rudeness, zero accountability, and complete disregard for the fact that I was left with a broken system.

This company in its entirety, clearly does not value professionalism, honesty, or our family as their customer. I expected a solution and instead was met with disrespect, disappointment and an AC that still doesn’t work. Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a service company.

Very bad experience. They came to check the air conditioner but did not fix the problem. The job was left incomplete, and I had to hire another company to repair it. I paid for a service that did not solve anything. I do not recommend them.

Giovanni has been our A/C guy for the past couple of years. He’s reliable and has been great with figuring out the problems and having a solution for us in a very timely matter. Reasonably priced. 5/5 recommend. Reviews speak for themselves 🙂 Thank you so much!

I would ask for Giovanni for any repairs or maintenance. He advised that we needed to do a full clean and maintenance on our ac system. The pictures he showed us of the before and after were shocking! I couldn't believe the quality of the air my family and i was breathing. I really liked this company's service.

Giovanni and Cesar came out to make several repairs that another guy messed up when he installed my units. They removed the ice buildup, added a float switch, cleared a clog, added a new thermostat and added freon.

I have been working with Giovanni for at least 2 to 3 years now. He is very thorough and very professional and extremely honest, which is very hard to find these days. His prices are amazing!! I absolutely recommend him if you need air conditioning unit work. I understand he does other work as well but I’ve only hired him for my air conditioning issues.

Giovanni did a great job fixing my ac. Was without ac last night. Replaced blower on ac and added needed fluids. Ac is working great. Work was done fast. No complaints highly recommend this company.
