Giovanni is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in easy to understand terms. We were expecting the worst when our AC quit. Turned out to be a relatively easy fix if you know what to look for and Giovanni did. He also took the time to give the system a health check and cleaned the condenser coils at no additional charge. We’re very grateful for his help and happy we found him. Definitely recommend!

Giovanni and Fernando repaired my heating system motor. Always polite they have fixed my unit before. It was Hot one summer day and I called TCom mechanical and they came and stay until very late until the unit was working properly. I’m always satisfied with their service. I have been using them for a few years now and ALWAYS EXTREMELY SATISFIED. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a service.

Giovanni and his assistant came by the house seeing what the issue was and immediately found a solution to it. They called the rental property and got the approval to put in a brand new AC unit inside and out and now we have cold air blowing in the house within less than five hours. Amazing work and I highly recommend them!!

This was our first time using Smith’s and Tony was AMAZING!!! First, he was great communicating when he was going to be able to get to our home for an emergency A/C repair. When he said he would be at our home around 3:30pm—he was! Once he arrived, he spent almost 3 hours troubleshooting everything he could to get our system up and running. He truly went above and beyond, and we will for sure be using Smith’s again because of his hard work. Great service, reasonable prices (we are out of warranty), and amazing experience altogether. It sucked. After checking the system, the tech said i needed an entirely new system and quoted me 15K. I called Gunney AC and he checked the system. My drain line was blocked. He fixed it, and after $500.00, system is still working great several months later. (He also said I had one of the best units you could by and everything was working perfectly)

Graham Heating & Air was absolutely amazing. I had a leak and they came out on a Saturday. The technician, Gavin was a life saver. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and worked to set up a mitigation plan for us. I HIGHLY recommend Graham for your heating and cooling needs.

Great company to go with I’ve dealt with a lot of AC companies in the past and have had bad experiences. I did have a dispute with this company about damages from a leak The supervisor called me and even after a heated conversation, still went above and beyond to make things right covering things that he possibly wasn’t even responsible for he even added an additional pump to ensure we don’t have the same problem in the future It will definitely be very hard to find a company with more professionalism and who treats their customers as good as Graham heating and air

When I got up this morning and wondered why it was warm in my house, I noticed that my AC thermostat was at 80 degrees. I knew for that split second the unit wasn't working. I called the company and got an immediate response back. When the technician that was supposed to come had a small issue the General Manager, Chris called me. He said that he personally was coming to look at the unit. It got so hot in here the temp reached a high of 98 degrees. Chris came and he figured out that it was the fan motor that was not working. He truly is the best!!! He made sure I wouldn't be without air all weekend. He personally went to Home Depot to buy a portable AC unit. When he got back he hooked it all up for me and now I have some cool air blowing. He is such an asset to the company and he made sure I was ok before he left. Never have I met such a compassionate person. Keep up the great work you do, Chris.

Very disappointed in this company, I once called them for a service call where they replaced a capacitor. Due to this, I was on their books for a "free" service call. Between the 1st and second, I had both air handlers replaced but by a different company, I got the call from graham saying it was free and I am not one to turn down a free service call. I had the tech come out and do a check, mind you they called 3 times from my initial convo to confirm the visit which I thought was odd as it was different people.

The technician said that I had a leak in my coil, gave me a quote for the labor but that the coil would be covered under warranty. I just couldn't believe it since the unit was so new. I decided to call the company who actually put the units in for a second opinion, luckily they did it at no charge. The technician told me there was no leak at all, he showed me on two separate tests showing there was no leak. This company is trying to selling unneeded services to unsuspecting customers, they rely on our ignorance on the topic. At a time in our country where the dollar is already stretched thin as it is. If this company gives you any advice, I would confirm it with a second opinion.

Definitely deserves a 5 star review! I have been having serious issues with my AC, had the lines replaced, a new unit installed and there was still an underlying issue. Chris was outstanding in his response time, communication and him and his team went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the issue and got my unit back up and running even with a time constraint. I am extremely grateful for the hard work but above all the customer service. Since I bought my place in Kissimmee earlier this year this company has been extremely helpful every time I’ve called with an issue. I always get a timely response and they send someone out asap. Highly recommended!!

Tough job to replace the old unit in the attic (and install the new outdoor unit as well). A full crew was on hand and worked all day long. We were very impressed with just how much time and effort this team put forth. They were committed to providing excellence! They also do several service calls after installing the unit for free. They are amazing!!

Smith a/c, now Graham was punctual, and office communicated eta as well. Tomas the tech was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. A/C had an issue . Tomas, as well as manager Chris explained resolution in detail. I was shown issue and provided photos to back up findings. Chris worked with me on affordability which was greatly
appreciated. I was originally
referred to this company by a friend due to their honesty,integrity, and competitive pricing. They did not disappoint and highly reccomend.

Honestly one of the WORST experiences. The tech from the initial visit in July failed to fix the problem, so I had to call them out again just a few months later.
I was told the part was covered under warranty, but then still charged $1950 for labor.
Work was completed over 2 visits (because they needed to order a part) in about 6 hours, 7 at the very most, so I guess their hourly is $325? Or is it $271? Who knows, because they're not upfront about that either. Be sure to ask.
Not to mention they didn't even show up on the scheduled day of service. I had to call them and ask where they were. They didn't have my correct information. They called the wrong person to let them know they didn't have the part yet, leaving me in the dark.
They offered 10% off and 3 years of their maintenance package, as if I'm ever going to call them again.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL BE SWINDLED.

UPDATE: It's been 3 weeks since my appointment, and yesterday a technician showed up unscheduled and unannounced to perform some service that I did not approve. I don't know if these people are just plain pushy, or if they're really that disorganized.

When I spoke to the office to let them know that I did not schedule their service and that I would not be using their company any longer, I was told a manager would call me back. I never received a call. Instead, today I got an email "explaining" why I was charged $1950, but still never received exact pricing for anything, even when explicitly asked, leading me to believe they profile their customers and just charge whatever they want. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

EDIT: Here we are less than 3 months since their SECOND visit and my A/C unit isn't working again. Can't stress enough how untrustworthy this company is.
