Leo is the best! We called a larger company that couldn't come out until almost a week from now. Leo showed up within 2 hours of us calling and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Pricing was extremely fair and Leo has amazing customer service. I will recommend to anyone!

Leo did a great job. Extremely friendly, competent and professional. Would recommend his services with NO hesitation. He made the necessary fixes to the AC at responsible prices and explained things to make it clear to me what he had to do.

The response time was amazing! Leo gave me the best price in town after I shopped around for a week. Also went out of his way to do a temporary repair while we waited for the parts we needed so that we won't have to go with out AC even though the parts were going to be in next day. The customer service is the worst ever. I do business with lots of local companies and this was by far the worst customer service experience I ever had. The guy that answered the phone actually cursed at me. He was very rude and unprofessional and needs to be investigated. Do not do business with this company because they do not deserve it. Take your business elsewhere.

I had no idea how crucial dryer vent cleaning was until I noticed how much lint had gathered inside my vent system. The workers were extremely careful, using specific equipment to clean out every inch of the vent. They also looked for any blockages or damage that could disrupt airflow. My dryer now works much better, and I'm relieved that my home is safer from any fire threats. Thanks for the service!

I had mold concerns in the HVAC system, and I booked a mold treatment. Technician John found mold near the coils and ducts and treated it thoroughly. He also installed a UV light to prevent future growth, explaining how it works to kill bacteria and spores. Within days, the musty smell was gone, and we all noticed a difference in air quality. I’m very relieved and grateful for the peace of mind.!!

This is by far the most honest HVAC service we've ever used. This is a service we used in summer with arctic we never feel like we're being pressured into buying anything we don’t need there's no feeling that anyone is trying to make a commission they’re truly focused on helping us keep our unit in good condition. When our Air stopped working Arctic sent someone out right away, which was a huge relief, especially since I’m concerned about our dog in the house who can't tolerate temperatures above 87°. I know that's a personal concern but I really appreciate their understanding and quick response.
