Had my A/C go out recently, and I saw an ad from Orange about their new air company. I had used them before when renting a vacation home for some family friends and knew I could expect good service. Orlando came by and had my A/C working in less than half an hour. He was polite, friendly, and even funny, and he gave me a great price. 10/10, I would highly recommend them.

Customer service: exceptional. Called with request, had a question, had to call me back, and called me back. In today’s business world, seems to be unheard of. Responsive and Mackenzie (sp?) and Tasha (sp?) were kind and informative.

Diagnostic call: punctual professional and positive. Savion called 30 minutes out, arrived when he said he would, introduced himself, and asked about issues. Sought out replication of issue from where we mentioned it from and from there tested all parts and electrical to ensure full functionality and longevity of unit. Gave awesome suggestions to diminish sound noise and other options.

Had One Way replace old unit when we bought house in 2024 and have used them for every call and semi annual maintenance through their plan. Always simple to work with and even call me to schedule the 6 month maintenance of the plan.
