We had BIG issues with our new AC system installed by another company . We called Chris at Top Tech Air Solutions he came the next day assessed the situation then sat down with us and explained everything in simple terms so I could understand what was wrong! In short the previous company had installed inside and outside components that were not compatible! They never even tied down the outside equipment incase of hurricanes. After explaining everything and getting the go ahead from us, Chris spent 3+ hours on his phone finding the proper equipment giving us quotes and we ordered it. The next day he came back with the 2 new outside components and installed them, reset the thermostat. Chris was very sympathetic regarding the loss we took having to buy 2 new outside components
that he helped us write an ad to sell the 3 month old components he replaced
