Simply the best hands down. After many many months of frustrations and several appointments with a larger AC company, Chris (Owner) came out with his tech and Identified the problem right away. Matter of fact he said I am not going to charge you, I about fell out of my chair. WOW this reminds me how companies would operate back some time ago. Well as we all know that just does not happen anymore. These large AC companies only care about the bottom line. Then hire very incompetent technications and charge you an Arm and a leg. This will not happen with Chris and Top Tech Solutions. If you don't reach out to these guys you will be sorry. They are a top notch company. Chris (Owner) actually found the root cause of our Issue, our previous LARGE AC company actually put in the wrong coil, WOW. Chris and his team spent over six hours at my house trying to diagnose the problem. They finally found the issue and he felt so bad for our actual horrible experience that he did not charge me a dime. Absolutely simply amazing. I promise you will be sorry if you don't call these guys and make sure to sign up for their maintenance program. So worth it.

They were fast to get a technician out. Technician Jesus was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He was very nice and provide awesome service quickly.

I had a new A/C system installed and the whole experience was excellent. Communication was clear and timely and the team showed up right on schedule. The technicians (especially Jesus) and owner were knowledgeable and friendly. I did have one minor issue after installation with the unit, but they sent someone out the same day and resolved it quickly. Everything is working perfectly now. The issue was just a setting that wasn’t turned on. Highly recommend!

Stop what you’re doing and don’t go to any other company because these people are the TRUTH. On the hottest day in Florida, we needed the works done. Our compressor, refrigerant, and vacuum pump needed to replaced. These people returned our phone call and we’re at our house in less than an hour. They ordered parts and were able to come and fix the next business day. Customer service was impeccable, quality of the work was efficienct and completed in a timely manner. They truly went above and beyond. I am so grateful for top tech air solutions; they do not disappoint. You will not regret using them. With all their other five star reviews, I can see why they are the best in the business.

Top tech solutions was able to dispatch a technician ( Jesu) diagnose our AC unit on an 85* day who was able to give us options on repair or replace unit. (( keep in mind we were leaving on vacation in 3 Days)) we decided to replace the unit because of its age .
The owner Chris called us that day with the quotes and agreed to replace our unit on Monday because we were traveling on Tuesday.
Nelson arrived that Monday with the new unit on his truck and methodically disassembled and replaced the unit that day. We were very pleased with the mechanics knowledge and ability to complete our project.

Top Tech Air Solutions is a very professional and reliable air conditioning company, and its technicians Jesus, Nelson and Roberto did a great work installing my new HVAC unit. They are very knowledgeable and respectful.

We had the BEST experience with Chris and his team at Top Tech- they came out and tried to repair our unit but after 20+ years it’s time was near-they worked with to fix the unit enough so we could get our funding in order. They had a military discount plus they even applied the entire cost of the bandaid repair as a credit for the new unit. The team was great! Arrived on time and completed installation with no issues! Highly recommend Top Tech! They’ll treat you like family!

I’ve been having issues with my electricity bill for the last couple of months and was paying a crazy amount every cycle. I had a couple technicians come out to diagnose the problem but none of them came up with anything that worked and just ended up charging me for useless fixes. Jesus Pino came out and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem with my system. It turns out it was a bad instillation that led to the emergency heater being left on. He explained the problem to me and showed me what was happening. All for a reasonable price too! Would definitely recommend! Shout out to Jesus Pino!

This was my second time using Too Tech Air Solutions and again I was left extremely satisfied. The Technician that performed my services was Jesus, he was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. Jesus took the time to listen to my concerns. Jesus explain the problems found and explained the steps needed to repair my system. The Technician gave me pricing before any work was done and didn't pressure meet for any money before my work was done. My Tech made sure my system was cooling and my area was cleaned before he left.

From Trisha in customer service in the office, to Andrew that gave me the estimate, and Roberto and Eric that did the install! What a total team!
