I was looking for family owned AC company that actually did a good job for today and in the future. Chris and his wife do an excellent job of communications and setting expectations. They do what they say they will. It may sound corny but I wanted someone I could trust. They hire people who are like them - competent and capable.

Ruddy was the tech who came out to do an annual maintenance check on the AC since we moved in December of last year. Ruddy did an excellent job of figuring out what the issues were in our system - talked me through all of it and showed me what had failed (a capacitor) with the actual measurements of both the failed cap and the new replacement.

Ruddy also modified our thermostat wiring and installed a new WiFi thermostat. He was fast, efficient and cleaned up everything after the job was complete.

Top Air Solutions did exactly what I needed and earned both my trust and future business. Good people to know.

November 2024 Update: Chris at Top Tech is still taking care of my families Heating and AC systems -- it is so very nice to find people that you can count on and who do things the right way. I encourage you to check them out and decide for yourself. As for my family -- they have a customer for life. It is so simple - just treat customers properly with a bit of kindness and respect. How refreshing!!!

My family and I recently moved from the northeast area to central Florida. Consequently we left behind all our trusted friends, neighbors, and contractors. This is no small thing. Regarding Contractors it is particularly important to have a trusted, dependable, proven, and skilled "goto" partner. Especially when a major and costly system like an A/C and Heating System go down. Well, without going into a lot of detail, that's exactly what recently happened to my family and I in our newly purchased Florida home. After some thorough research on the Internet, I decided to call Top Tech Air Solutions. And Thank God I did. They were awesome right from the initial phone conversation (very concerned and responsive to my situation and needs). From the moment I first met with Chris I knew I was dealing with a patient, understanding, honest, and caring person, and a bright highly skilled A/C Professional. Thankfully for me and my family, by the end of my job I was proven right. An important side note is that unfortunately for me Top Tech Air Solutions was the second professional I called because an aquaintenance of mine suggested someone he had used in the past. And after a big job and a lot of money spent, things went very badly with the first person I used. Which is why I ended up calling Top Tech Air Solutions. The whole situation with the first person was my Florida move "nightmare from hell". However, my story has a happy ending with ALL the Thanks going to Top Tech Air Solutions and Chris! Thankfully from the beginning Chris patiently and thoroughly assessed all my problems with the 2 "NEW" A/C Systems that the first contractor wrongly and sloppily installed. Chris went out of his way to help me correct a lot of issues that should have not been there with new systems, and at the best price he could give me. Not only did Chris make everything right that was wrong, and got heat back into my house in the cold spell, but he was so attentive and caring in the process. And took the time to explain every important detail about what was wrong, and why. He taught me alot in the process. I could tell Chris genuinely cared about the fact that I had gotten screwed by the first guy and I needed things fixed right and fast. Perfection. After getting several bids I decided to go with Top Tech Air Solutions and I’m glad I did. They were incredibly responsive, professional and competent. And their prices are competitive. The thing I was most impressed with is their customer service. Chris communicated with me from start to finish and everyone showed up on time. Not only that, but my air handler unit is a little unusual and was “baffling” to some of the other companies, but Top Tech knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend.

This is the second time this season that I have used Top Tech. Both times, they showed up early. Today they told me they couldn't get to me until tomorrow. I was ok with that. Received a call saying the tech would be free today between 5 and 6. I got another call telling me the tech was done early and would head my way. He got there around 3 pm. Both times, they fixed the problem quickly, and what they charged me I consider a value. I would recommend them wholeheartedly! Thanx Top Tech!!!

My HVAC system went out in my secondary residence in Davenport, Fl. I live over a thousand miles away and needed it replaced immediately. I had a terrible experience with “Ace Solves it All”, but my Comfort Advisor, Chris with Top Tech actually did solve all of my problems. A great feeling having selected Top Tech Air Solutions! The ducts were decades old and worn out. After getting estimates from a few other companies/contractors, it was clear this company would be the best solid choice for replacing the ducts. Chris helped me address problem areas such as air flow efficiency and even created new mixer boxes with a new supply plenum and increased my return grille to reduce the resistance. Now I can FEEL the nice cool AC drafts and it's working more efficiently which makes it feel like a newer home now! A great company to go with, very professional and his team of installers were friendly and take pride in the workmanship!
