I met Ji , a service technician who serviced my HVAC system today. He spent 5 hours today trying to diagnose a malfunctioning system. He took time to inspect the compressor, air handler as well as the duct system in the attic (in sweltering heat and humidity). I was very impressed by his work ethic and persistence to diagnosing the problem. This week, I met with many HVAC service technicians and Ji was the only one who painstakingly got to the root of the problem. He answered all my questions with clear explanations. As a physician who has cared for patients and owned my business for the last 31 years, I have acquired a good sense for trustworthy individuals. I truly think that Ji deserves kudos for his diligence, perseverance and his outstanding work ethic. He is an amazing technician that I hope people can request without hesitation. ICE cooling should be proud to have this young man in their team.
