Scammers that couldn't complete the job (4 visits) and still thought they deserved $$$$$$$. I paid and moved on. Stay away, especially the elderly, they think you don't know any better. F

BEWARE! Labelle Plumbing will rob you blind. I called them for a service call to my 92 year old grandmothers house. She had a clog and her showers where backing up with water. On the phone as a was making an appointment, I told them what was going on and I told them they needed a snake longer than 25’ to get the job done. I asked how much this would cost and I was told $130 for the service call plus a little more for doing the work and that everything depended on if there would be any unexpected problems. Well, there where NO unexpected problems. NO surprises that would jack our bill up. The technician was there for an hour using the size snake I told them they needed and then he sticks my grandmother with a $500 bill. I call to complain about this charge and all they can tell me is that this is the normal fee for this service. I told them exactly what needed to be done over the phone and asked what the price would be and was told $130 plus a little more. After the fact, I’m told $500 is the normal fee, but no one would tell me what the normal fee was before we had the work done. This was extremely dishonest. Very Unfair to such an old lady living on a fixed income. Just know that if you need a simple snaking done, LaBelle Plumbing will charge a minimum of $500 without letting you know first.

Good Morning, James Williams arrived on time listened to the problem I was having, then went to work! The camera revealed the problem right a way, James assessed it and answered all my questions ,once He dug into the grown there were other issues exposed that had to be addressed. He was there with me through the entire process. I really appreciate that! We agreed on what had to be done to fix the problem, He completed the job, which took most of the day. Upon arriving home , the job was completely done and I was extremely happy! I went from no flushing commodes or showers to up and running again. Thank you James for everything you did for me on Monday. You are a professional and great young man. I really appreciate all you did to help me. Be blessed!🙏🏽
