My apartment complex was basically pushing me off and my son was continuing to slip and fall in a poudle of water due to them not calling someone sooner to fix the AC. Joel and John came out, made me feel like they cared and came back to knock the job out. Amazing guys, Joel was great with my Mother and son. Thanks, wish I could have thanked you in person!

I called this company for work on my RV furnace. They responded quickly to my concern. They came out the next day. They were very polite and respectful. They explained what my concern was. The charges for their time was very reasonable. I would recommend calling them for any AC/Heat concerns.

Had new install Goodman Unit. had a 9:00 a.m. point of contact but Cox Air had reset later in day to fit into there re timing of meeting.
Requested thermostat to be wired from
T- stat to Evaporator located 27" apart. and was looking to used company for future services but after 6 week, wired incorrectly and 3 Hour for 2 men service call at $ $ $ $ $ plus tax. 100.00 per hour per person.
I Then Needing at my cost to replace Capacitor @ $85.00 and 2 pole contactor 24 volt coil @ $125.00 And Rewire T-Stat correctly on New Unit. Due to Cox Air. WOW
** Note same parts @ ( $32.00 with tax ) TOTAL.

The most professional and polite group of people I have met in a long long time, very efficient, excellent on time , and really cared about our concerns. I had a new Ac unit, new duct work, and new air handler moved , and nothing but smiles and politeness from each and every one of them. Many Many Thanks to an awesome group of people, from the workers to the office staff.

I was charged $177.66 to make a repair on my RV a/c. I paid they left and then it went out for good, the owner was very rude, no refund, and would not do any work to find a new unit to fit in my RV only offered one alternative and then wants you to order it so they don’t have to warrant it. Technician was professional, but didn’t get job done, he also offed to give me back check, I told him research the best new one and put it final bill. Owner refused, she needs some customer service skills. Would not use again.

We have used Cox exclusively for over 25 years. This family run business still adheres to their original values of honesty, integrity, courtesy, fair prices and excellent service to this day! The best in knowledgeable, honest, expert technicians. They professionally installed a brand new central A/C system for us today and we couldn't be happier with the job they have done...from installation to completion, and clean up! Absolutely the BEST! Thank You again Cox and Crew!

Thank you for responding I kept my word and removed the review but it was going towards fort Myers around 1:30 he was on hwy 78 and it continued on 29. He went straight I turned right on palm beach road.

This is my go to ac/company when I need service or repairs,are ac went out and I called the company I've been using and they said it would be a couple days and I explained to them my dad was handicapped,and they still wouldn't come out,Phillips AC did and it only took 2 hrs to get there and fix it,thank you guys very much,6 stars in my book...
