Had Phillips come to maintain my systems, did a great job. Put all the parts back together correctly, we are grateful. Especially since the last service company had been negligent and did not complete the full cleaning process. Cleaned and replaced my filters. Put algae tabs in the drip pans after clearing the drains, washed, and cleaned the units. Service techs were friendly , honest, and efficient.

This has been an amazing company to deal with. We will definitely be using them for all of our heating/cooling needs in the future. I would recommend them to anyone in the Clewiston area!

Ethan has been out to our residence twice and both times he's been very professional, courteous and efficient with his work. He explains everything in detail. Overall, very satisfied with this company's work.

I don't know how many years I have been doing business with Phillps it has been through two air conditioners. It has been a long time.
They are my first and last call. I just call them. They have always given me wonderful service.
They keep me informed of the repair process. The charges are all reasonable.
They are quick, courteous, thorough and care about the customer. They don't try to sell me stuff i don't need.
My next a/c hiccup i will call them again.

We had a phenomenal experience with Lindsey, Jarrod and Zach from Phillips A/C & Heating Services today as first-time customers. They were highly recommended to us by multiple friends and also saved us from paying for a nonexistent, unneeded coil replacement supposedly diagnosed by another local company we had been using. Extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and willing to explain the details. They had us up and running within 2.5 hours of our initial call. We’re happy to call Phillips our new A/C service provider!

Air conditioner check and cleaning. Employee was very nice and respectful. Hard worker. He went right to work on checking and cleaning my air conditioner. Finished in a timely manner. Office receptionist was very kind and professional over the phone in making sure I would be taken care of. I'm happy doing business with Philips A/C Heating Services. I was very happy with everyone I dealt with. Making an appointment was very easy. I was given a 2 hour window for the visit and was seen within that time frame and informed when technician was on his way. As for the technician what can I say ? Zach was FANTASTIC. As for the price , I would say it was reasonable. I would highly recommend Phillips AC for all your needs.

The technician who came out on Sunday was top-notch. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk my husband through exactly what he was doing step by step. That meant a lot to us. No rushing, no talking over us, no confusion — just clear explanations and honest work.

And let me tell you, the fee was more than fair, especially for a weekend service call on a Sunday. In today’s world, that kind of professionalism at a nominal rate is rare.

I was so pleased with Rocket Cooling. Every touch point from the initial phone call with the office, to the punctuality and professionalism of the service tech was unprecedented. My tech, Red, was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I have found my new go-to AC company.

I can't give enough praise to Jon and Rocket Cooling. They were kind and professional every step of the way. The installer answered all my questions and explained everything he did. They came out Friday morning to give me an estimate and installed a new air conditioner a couple hours later. Other companies could learn a lesson from them. Jon was willing to install the unit before payment was even made. What a wonderful company! I will spread their name to everyone I know. They even brought a portable air conditioner to keep me and my little dog cool while they installed a new air conditioner. I highly reccommend them!

Ryan arrived within the time frame given. He was friendly and professional and solved the AC problem. Prior to the service call, they keep you informed as to your service provider's progress so there are no surprises.
