These guys charged $89 to replace batteries which we provided left without checking the system or fixing the problem. Called back 3 times and spoke to a technician and receptionist and never got a call back from them to fix it. Stay away from Philips A/C & Heating Services LLC

On August 13 or about that date I had Phillips install a new ac. The cost to install was 3000.00. The ac ran for three days just fine. On the fourth day it wasn't working good. I called repeadly but just got the answering machine. Finally Shawn the owner answered. I explained the ac wasn't working and not pulling the humidity out of the house
He said I told you to get a 4 ton unit. I said my house doesn't call for that size. He was not nice to me at all. Finslly he said, I'll do YOU a favor and send a tech out but just this once. I can tell you what he's going to say before he even gets there but don't call me again because I won't send another tech out. I thought, I just paid you 3000.00 to put in an ac and no duct work and this is how you treat me!! The ac hasn't worked since the 3rd day right but I was to afraid to call Phillips back. Today my husband and I crawled under and looked and to our shock the older duct work work was split apart and a giant gaping hole was staring at us. I was told by his tech when he only put his head under the house and eye balling the duct work and said all was fine. FiNE???? How in the world could you have missed it?? It's huge. I have pictures. We tried to fix it the best we could but it just got worse. I will never ever use this company again and I suggest you don't either. 3000.00 and I'm only worth one tech check??

Once again, Phillips A/C has been called, responded, and the issue resolved in the same day. We couldn’t ask for better service. Very satisfied.

Phillips A/C is the best heating and air conditioning company in the area. They are always quick to respond to our needs and have always been fair with us. I would highly recommend using these guys for any of your heating and cooling needs.

Their customer service is great. We had some issues with cooling the end of May; which they came and looked at and serviced for us. We are having issues again; which made us frustrated since it had only been a month. I called at 4:00 pm and someone was at our house by 5:15 pm. The tech was very professional and explained everything he was checking and gave some suggestions to help keep the ac cooling as it should. (Hoping it's not a leak.)
