Micah and Jacob were both extremely professional and explained thoroughly what was going on with my unit. They both explained the options I had to remedy the problem, and they were very supportive of the solution I chose.

Best air conditioning company around!! After 20 years of use, our air system decided this was the month it was going to die. Double M came out right away and tried to fix it, called around to other suppliers to find the fix, even went to west palm to find a part without charging us extra. Never once did they try to pressure us into buying. Showed us everything they were doing and we had to agree, we needed a new air system. They gave us a VERY reasonable price. They were able to put it in the next day, right before the extra hot temperatures started. All the guys were the best!! We tell everyone about them. They are our heroes!

They came out to check my a/c with in 15 minutes knew the problem, would come back very soon an had it fixed, the a/c company that was previously there said I needed a new unit at 7 years old he didn’t want to do a cleaning saying it wouldn’t help, saying my unit had a condenser blockage would be 2 to 3 thousand .so Happy I found Double M air conditioning, they are very reliable honest, friendly, knowledgeable. Thank you for the amazing job!!!

Excellent service. Micah and his team arrived before the appointment time, got the work done professionally, and had us operational in less than an hour. I highly recommend Double M as a service provider.

Our heater was not working on the first cold day of the year, which happened to be 42 degrees. We called Double M, and they sent a tech out the same day. He worked on both of our units and before he left we had a warm toasty house. They were very friendly and professional, explained everything in detail. And most importantly had lots of knowledge and fixed our units. I would totally recommend them.

Then, when it was time, I didn’t have any choice to replace my air conditioner. He helped me figure out the best way.
And then he didn’t give up until he knew for sure. My air-conditioning was working the way it was supposed to.
He’s very particular about how he does things and that’s how you know he cares about his job and about his clients
If you want a reputable company, Double M is definitely it

Company is ran by miserable and stubborn people, the owner is very rude and so are her fleet employees. I would never do business with these people, EVER.

A.C. went out on one of the hottest days of the year and they came out in less than 36 hours. Way to go Cox's.

Great and prompt service, highly recommend Cox Air, called them for emergency house call several times and they have come through.

They are TERRIBLE. Buy a unit and no service. They don't call back, follow up or do anything but make excuses. Very poorly run business. STAY AWAY.
