Thursday night i had a serious problem with a shower drain which prevented me from using one of the bathrooms in my house. Called friday morning and although there were no appointments available for Friday they said that they could get someone to me Saturday morning. Adrian was my tech and he did an amazing job with a challenging drain clog. I had run a snake 20 feet into this drain and he had to go several different directions to get the problem solved. This was a major stress reliever to get this problem solved - the drain clog caused foul water to appear at the bottom of my shower that made my house smell like a toilet. Thanks to Adrian and his persistent professional resolution of the problem.
Though the Technician arrived a little later than expected based on a phone call he made letting us know when he would arrive, he and his associate were very professional, neat, organized, and thorough. The 3 star rating is directed at the office staff that did not provide a copy of their insurance as promised; did not provide a copy of their warranty policy as promised; did not provide product information prior to the Technicians arrival. Basically, the office staff is in need of some remedial training on how to conduct business. All in all, I would still call on this company to assist me with any future plumbing needs.
