This was a complete ripoff. I called in about my wolf appliance and the office staff claimed they couldn't identify the model or serial number, despite the fact that both chatgpt and gemini found it. I even emailed a picture of it, but they didn't respond. I assumed the circuit board was bust, and was hoping they'd bring one. Once the guy arrived, they told me that the circuit board is no longe produced, which LLM's confirm as well. Now they charge $330 just because their office staff can't use computers - this is a complete scam.

Argeny was fantastic today at our service call. He was courteous, professional, efficient and did a fantastic job. High End Service is always top notch with our high end appliances.

Mike Thinodeau repaired my Wolf Steam oven. We had a very difficult experience with another appliance repair company that could not repair the appliance. Mike came in diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, when they came in, MIke installed them quickly and tested to maked sure it was fixed and was gone in no time at all

The repairs always get done, but if a truck is scheduled to fix a lighting issue for a sub zero fridge, I expect him to be prepared to replace the light. It’s really frustrating to schedule multiple appointments for the same issue. This happened previously with a part for the water filter. The service agent showed up with the incorrect piece after custom ordering it. My fridge isn’t one of a kind. Took months to fix the issue.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The only thing “high-end” about this service is the price.

On September 8, 2025, a technician named George came out to service our hood. It is now January 26, 2026, and after four separate service visits, the issue is still not resolved. We have already spent over $1,700, and the hood still does not work.

Now they are asking us to pay for a third replacement part, plus another premium service fee, even though there has been no clear diagnosis and no fix. This has turned into an extremely expensive trial-and-error process where the customer is paying for parts, labor, and repeated visits while the technician continues to guess at the solution.

I spoke with Romana Fernandez regarding a refund, and I was told she needs 24–48 hours to review the request. At this point, after months of delays, repeated visits, and no resolution, this situation is unacceptable.

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

Since 2022, we have been very pleased with the outstanding service by our technician Mike T. He does a very thorough, comprehensive, and professional job when servicing our Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances. Yesterday, he did the complete condenser cleaning and replacement of the air filter on our Sub-Zero. We highly recommend High End Service.

Mike Thibodeau did a great job with our Wolf double oven repair. Arrived on time, analyzed the issue, and it was promptly resolved. He also made us aware that our sub-zero fridge should be serviced annually. We'll definitely be back in touch with Mike and HES when needed.
