I want to praise and review the wonderful experience we had with Andrews LaGuardia who works for High End Service. He came to follow up on our Wolf cooktop and left after fixing the problem and cleaning the whole unit inside and out. He was professional and so friendly. He is in my phone as our go to technician for anything we need ! His customer service was extraordinary!

My Wolf cooktop was having some issues so I called High End Service knowing that they are the best from previous experience. Donovan met all my expectations. He fixed my problems and explained all he had done. He was very easy to work with, professional and courteous. If I have any other issues I will definitely ask for him again .

I had a fan go out on my Wolf double oven. I gave the error message to High End before they came out. Donovan arrived and was very professional. He made sure to protect my floors and countertops before starting any repairs. When he was finished he went downstairs and turned the circuit breaker back on and made sure to turn off the lights. Every detail was accounted for and the oven is back in business. Very satisfied.

What a great experience we had getting our Wolf Range serviced. Not only was Wolf amazing for taking care of the replacement parts well out of the warranty period, but the service we got from HES and our tech in Jacksonville, Jon, was outstanding! (And he spells his name the proper way too, LOL)
The office staff communicated regularly and were extremely friendly. Jon was AMAZING! He was always on time (took multiple visits to diagnose and repair), very friendly, explained what the cause was and what he was doing to fix it. He took great care of our house to protect the wood floors and was very conscientious in everything he did.
I’d 100% recommend HES and use them again without hesitation. Our oven and burner are back up and running for a fair price. -
Our service technician, Jacob Hartob, is by far the best we have ever had. We have a Wolf induction cooktop that was in need of repair. Jacob was knowledgeable, confident and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and ordered what we needed quickly. When he returned to complete the repair he went above and beyond by not only installing the part but cleaning the countertop for the cooktop to make it better than it was. We so appreciate him and will ask for Jacob any time we need service from High End Service. Thank you!!!

Jacob with High-End Service did an outstanding job repairing our Sub-Zero freezer. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. In addition to fixing the issue, he fully serviced the unit and replaced the filters while he was here, which I really appreciated.
His attention to detail and overall expertise were impressive. Everything is running perfectly now. The cost was high, but I understand that servicing Sub-Zero appliances requires specialized skill and parts. Given the quality of the work, I would absolutely use High-End Service again. -
For anyone in the area looking for appliance repair, I highly recommend them. Fast, friendly, and professional service every time.

Our dryer kept shutting off mid-cycle. I’m in Largo and was glad to find a company that didn’t charge just to walk in the door. They fixed it the next day and the price was totally fair.

My geyser was not properly heating water, which made daily use very inconvenient. I called them, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Now the geyser heats water perfectly. I highly recommend their service.

We had Hansen's come out to repair our Samsung dishwasher. They came out and diagnosed the issue in 15 minutes and said it was the water leak sensor and ordered the part. Next day called us and said it was on backorder. Here we are 2 years later and no part. We paid the 250 up front charge to diagnose and return and fix. Since we were in need of a dishwasher we requested a half refund which they refused. So they charged us 1000 dollars an hour to diagnose issue. They did offer us a 75 dollar store credit, but we would have paid way too much through them as their price was 150 more than another appliance store. I highly recommend you avoid this scam company. I understand the part being on backorder is not their fault, but seriously wouln't refund us half our money. Definitely not a reputable company.

Highly recommend the used Whirlpool washer/dryer set. Nash was a great salesman and very professional. He answered all my questions in a timely manner even after the fact.

Top notch service! Our washing machine broke on New Years Eve and we were desperate to replace it ASAP! We went to Home Depot and Lowe’s first, only to find they don’t have any washing machines in stock - we would have to place an order and wait 5 days. I called Hansen’s and spoke with Sarah who was very friendly and helpful! My husband went in and bought the washer we wanted in less than 20 minutes (they had many to choose from). We are very happy with our new washer and the amazing service!

I went to Hansen's for a washer and dryer at their outlet store and i was very impressed. No pressure from the big box stores but they were more than willing to help me out. I purchased a washer and dryer on Saturday afternoon and Monday morning they were there and installing it. I have mentioned them to several of my friends and family. i will continue to do so, everything was top notch.

Not trustworthy - i was told the machine I bought was 2-3 years old. I called the manufacturer and was told it was a 2006 model based on the serial number on the machine. Thank goodness it wasn’t delivered. When I called for the refund I was told they receive thousands of machines they can’t look up the date on all of them. Beware if they quote a date.

Josh came out and did a temporary fix on my washer. Came back a week later replaced the part in less than 20 minutes. I was absolutely thrilled. The cost was what they said $129 for the original call which was applied to the final part and repair.

We love supporting our local businesses, especially during a time like this. We have always tried supporting Hansen's through the years, but this will be our very last time unfortunately. We will find somewhere else for our appliance shopping and repairs. A couple weeks ago our washer went out, so of course we called and then went to drop it off at Hansen's. When we came in to drop it off the young man behind the counter went on about a 10 minute tirade of basically saying they just have too much business and don't need anymore. This young man was very rude to say the least. Thankfully the other young man that I had talked with on the phone told him that he told me to bring in the washer to get it looked at. Anyway, after all of that they charged $120 just to look at it. Money you will not get back, but that is suppose to go to the repair. - it does not! Long story short after two weeks of calling they wanted close to $265 plus tax to repair a drain pump - which is a $40 part at best! If you need repairs -- go somewhere else unfortunately.
