Constraction reviews in Largo, Florida

The driveway had chunks missing that made parking tough. lucky’s patched and blended it so well i honestly can’t tell where the old part ends. they even sealed it after, so water doesn’t sit in the low spots anymore. feels like a fresh pour.

i watched them set rebar before they poured and it looked like a steel spiderweb. made me feel confident it wouldn’t break down like the last one. the final finish came out so smooth it almost looks polished. can’t stop staring at it.

my old driveway was cracked up and kept pooling water near the garage. now it’s all one clean pour and it drains right off like it should. jake and marco showed up early a couple of mornings, worked around my slow-moving schedule, and left the edges neat where it meets the lawn… looks way better pulling in now.

I contacted this company about a concrete driveway and initially had a good experience. Communication was quick and I received an estimate right away.

Where things went downhill was when I was asked to sign the bid without anyone ever coming to look at my property. This is a significant expense, and I was not comfortable committing without an on site visit to confirm measurements and walk through the process. Once I pushed back and asked for someone to come out, I was told the price would likely change, which honestly made it feel like the cost was being increased simply because I asked for a basic walkthrough.

We later scheduled a Sunday visit, but I had a conflict come up and tried to communicate that. My messages were ignored, and I then received a confirmation from someone else with a different arrival time than what I had said I was available for. I canceled and explained the situation by phone.

After that, I received a text stating that they were withdrawing my bid entirely. The tone of that message felt unprofessional and unnecessary, especially given that I had communicated and did not simply no show.

Strong communication at the start, but the pressure to sign without a site visit and the way the situation was handled afterward left a bad impression.

Lucky Concrete did an amazing job on the project at our house. We did a front and side walkway, added stairs, and extended our pool deck.

Andrew was quick to respond and made the quote process fast and simple.

Jorge and his team were great to work with. Communicated well, very friendly and professional, did excellent work, and let the job site clean.

Overall, this has been a pleasant experience to work with and we are very excited to enjoy our new backyard features.

Punctual, Professional, and worked within the promised timeline. Ivan worked with us on this design to make sure it was exactly
what we wanted before the final pour. Everything was discussed prior to the next step. Would highly recommend this company.

Ivan and his crew did my driveway. It was huge project and they did an amazing job! I am in love with my driveway and everyone who comes over to my house raves about it. They did the job in a timely manner and passed all the inspections without a hitch. I definitely would recommend them.

Very professional and hard working team! Ivan listened to my design ideas and created a beautiful patio floor ensuring all my concerns were addressed. They even did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend Ivan and his team if you are looking for a professional job done the right way. I love my new patio floor! Thank you De La Cruz Construction!

Ivan and his crew handled a complex repair to our concrete driveway that had been damaged by a heavy vehicle and a gas line installation. They were a pleasure to work with and Like night and day from the other companies we had look at the job. Ivan had all the permits and a very prompt and reasonable timeline to complete the work. Looks great and relatively minor disruption. Very professional, accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend. Thank You!!

Ivan is Professional, provides a Fair Price, good communication, on time arrival, and overall quality workmanship. Also, crew cleaned up nicely after job completed. We would highly recommend Ivan and his team. He listened to our vision. We had our concrete driveway widened and a new walkway. We are very satisfied with the work end result.

Ivan and his team were top notch. Ivan made sure to provide me with what I needed to complete our permit. He was patient, attentive, and kind and always available for questions. His team does great, quality work. It took 1.5 days for them to prep and pour our driveway extension. It was a quick, stress free process. Their team also helped us replant our sod, once we realized it was too big of a task for us to do on our own. We would highly recommend them to anyone!
