Southern Hospitality maintains the community I live and has been able to turn the community around! They have been great and has worked hard on delivering the quality of service that they have committed to! The employees that are on site have been nothing but polite and respectful as well as hard working! Would definitely recommend to any HOA that needs help with their maintenance on landscaping!

Recently had our backyard landscaped and thankfully found Southern Hospitality to do the job! From irrigation to lighting and everything in between they were amazing. On time, responsive, and detailed is what you want in a contractor and that’s what you get with them. Jimmy was our “go to” guy for the project and he was great to work with.

We absolutely love our new sod and landscaping by Southern Hospitality! Jason came out quickly to offer an estimate and was patient as we made (and remade) decisions about the layout and plant options for our landscaping needs. His crew was professional, efficient, and hard working. A two-day project really transformed our yard and we will be working with Jason and his team again soon.

Southern Hospitality Landscaping Co is fantastic. The lead landscaper, Carlos, and his team are exceptional. Our grass has never looked better. In addition, they trim the bushes back so they are not touching the buildings and edge the areas. Everything looks well-manicured and beautiful. They are professional, courteous, hand working, and pay attention to detail. We are thrilled with the company. Carlos checks in to see if anything special is needed and remains in constant communication. Highly recommended! 10 STARS

Jason and the crew at Southern Hospitality just completed a landscaping project for our front yard. Cleared out the plant beds, replaced sod, and calibrated the irrigation system. Just prior to this, the tree crew cleared my neighbor’s trees along the property line to provide more sunlight for our property. Front yard looks great and all of the plants are taking well. I’ve known Jason and many of his staff for several years and they are great to work with. I highly recommend this company for landscaping, tree trimming, irrigation, and brick paver installation. They are an honest, reputable, and faith based company that I will definitely have on board for our next landscaping project. Thank you Jason and thanks to all of your crew!

Southern Hospitality made our scraggly natural Florida yards (front and back) look gorgeous with their installations of sod, rocks, new trees, and mulch. Jason was usually very prompt with replies to questions or concerns, and everyone I met on his crew was nice and accommodating – from well installers to destruction crew to landscaping crew — when I asked for the things I wanted in the yard while they were installing. They also left the place spotless everyday. About a month has passed and our sod and new palms are doing well. Neighbors have complemented the upgrade, and our yards are much nicer places to spend time now. After the job they brought a nice gift basket, which was totally unexpected and unnecessary, but I guess that's southern hospitality for ya! They also texted to see how all the things they installed were holding up. I would use this company again and would definitely recommend them.

I worked with Jimmy (Operations Mgr.) in developing the landscape design for my large back yard project, to compliment the new pool and give me a virtually maintenance free oasis to enjoy. Jimmy worked with me in all aspects of the project with great professionalism, was hands on the entire time, and very good at communicating. His crew was professional and had a fantastic work ethic. You could see the personal satisfaction everyone had with bringing out the quality of their work, especially Jimmy, who was always smiling as he directed the operation while getting his hands dirty... working to bring together a fabulous yard, perfect to my desired image, and completing everything in a very efficient manner. I can't recommend Southern Hospitality enough for anyone wanting quality, efficiency, and a great result for any landscaping project! You'll hear from me when the front yard project is ready!

Southern Hospitality did a wonderful job at our office. They worked hard on a difficult job and did exactly what they said they would do. Their employees were courteous and efficient. The end result was that our office looks better from the street and the views from within are improved. Patients have complimented us on the appearance of the landscaping and find us easier to locate.

Earlier this year, we were searching for a new landscaping vendor for our condominium located on Sand Key. Fortunately, we met Doug who introduced us to Southern Hospitality. After thorough company evaluations, we contracted S.H. and, thus far, are extremely happy with their landscaping services. Having a large property, there are high expectations and S.H. has been attentive and efficient. What stands out the most from other companies, are their monthly landscaping reports! We encourage all properties that have landscaping issues to, at the very least, interview this company.

This is the second time we have used Southern Hospitality Lawn & Landscaping and we couldn’t be happier with their work, price and communication! From the project manager, to the owner Jason and all their employees, this is a top notch company!

Everyone is friendly, loves what they do and they all take pride in their work. Jason and his project manager Jimmy are easy to communicate with via phone and email and we got everything the way we wanted it before we paid a dime.

We got dozens of bids during our initial landscaping in our front yard and they had one of the most competitive prices. Their work is meticulous so it was a no brainer to call them a second time. They even surprised us with a huge gift basket filled with all kinds of goodies and a handwritten thank you note to thank us at the end of our project.

This year we knew we had to replace our crumbling fence so it was time to finally make the move to landscape the yard at the same time. We had lost our two beautiful oak trees and the fern beds that had surrounded them over the past five years. We knew we wanted more than just some plants put in, we wanted someone who could design an entirely new space.

I knew about Jason so I gave him a call and asked if he’d come out and take a look. Jason met me early and we walked the space and I gave him a general idea of what we were looking for. Jason took pictures of the entire yard and told me he get back to me with a design.

By that afternoon he’d sent me a full computerized mock up of what he envisioned for our yard taking our wants and needs into consideration. We were blown away with how closely his design matched our vision. We wanted simple, low maintenance and a fire pit area.

A date was set and work started first thing on a Monday. There was daily communication about what would be done each day and every crew we had showed up early and went straight to work. From the subs who did the complete removal and the stump grinding, to the crews from Jason’s staff, each person was courteous, hardworking and treated our property as if it were their own. We lost a day because of additional stump grinding that had to be done and they still finished on time.

We would highly recommend Jason and Southern Hospitality to anyone looking to have landscaping design or work done. This was a fun and enjoyable experience and we love our new space!!

I happened to be driving by a neighbors house while Southern Hospitality was there doing irrigation and landscaping work on the property. So, I decided to stop and check out what they were doing and spoke with Jimmy. I asked him for a business card and told him what I was wanting done. He offered to stop by within the hour, which he did. Jimmy surveyed and measured my front yard and answered all my questions and concerns. I received an email with the a detailed estimate later that day. Southern Hospitality installed a new well pump, irrigation system, top soil and sod. They did everything they said they would do and left no mess when they finished the job. Affordable, friendly, professional and a hard working crew. I’ll be calling them back when I’m ready to do my backyard.

Highly recommend Jimmy and his team for any type of landscape job needed! Very professional and highly skilled with all aspects from lighting to design, installation and maintenance. They stand behind their work and it is very hard to find another that compares to the level of expertise that Southern Hospitality brings with each project!

We have had many sub-contractors that we have worked with both for our main business and with our own personal new home construction. Southern Hospitality has been one of the most professional companies we have ever worked with. They understood the project and constantly communicated with us so that we knew exactly how and when the project would happen. They also were extremely cooperative when we wanted to make changes and still finished ahead of schedule! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I took my time to research who I would have take on my larger landscaping project. After careful consideration I chose Southern Hospitality for the job. To say they did a great job is an understatement. They exceeded all of my expectations. Jimmy who came out heard what I wanted and made my dream yard come to life. He presented several designs and what he showed me on the screen is exactly the yard I got. They were able to do everything I needed front yard and backyard trimming trees, sod, landscaping, and even additional irrigation. Jason the owner was also great with responding via email. Both Jason and Jimmy showed up on the job site the days of the job to ensure it went perfect. Since the job they have called to check on my property and answer anytime I call. I plan to have them add lighting in the upcoming months. If you are looking for a company this is who you need. They will have a customer in me for life.
