Bren and Molly did an exceptional job always asking if something should or should not be cleaned or dusted. So much better than previous cleaning lady.

Can’t recommended Susie Q cleaning more highly. They clean for us weekly and are always thorough, reliable, courteous and punctual. They can accommodate special request as needed. Five star service, for sure!

Most everything was done nicely this time. Two girls who’d never been to our house previously were with us this go-round. Two pieces of constructive criticism, however.

1. Downstairs floor was mopped well, but was never wrung out properly. Thus, it took an inordinately long time for the tile floor to dry.

2. Shower in master suite had residue from some sort of agent on walls. Beyond that, the shower stall and the shower head were both dry as the proverbial bone. Meanwhile, that means no water or other liquid was even used. I specifically asked for special attention to be paid to that shower more than once. I should not have to repeat myself; shower didn’t look like any elbow grease was applied.

They started off just fine. Owner was very nice and professional. As time went on however they started switching up cleaning dates at the last minute and the cleaning was not very good. If I dared to complain which was rare they would get very upset . They wanted to double their rates and claimed they were going over on time when they were under performing and leaving early. Would not recommend unless you want to cheerfully clean house for them and then pay them.

Love the ladies at Suzy Q. Bren and Litzy are awesome and always super friendly and professional. They go above and beyond cleaning up after my two little girls and all of their toys!

Ive tried plenty of other cleaning services in the past and none compare to suzieq cleaning. These ladies are so detail-oriented, respectful, punctual and professional. Thank you Jessica and the team for keeping my house beautiful!

I hired Suzie Q Cleaning during my move to clean both my old and new apartment. They were efficient and detail oriented! It made my move so much easier! I will definitely hire them again!

We have been using them for about 6 months. They send two people over each time and they'll even make the bed! They're very respectful of our belongings and leave the house sparkling. Communication is good and they're honest. I recommend them to anyone who asks!

This company does a great job and seems very trustworthy. A girl by the name of Nikki actually called as we left our wallet in the room with some other belongings and went through all the trouble to send the stuff back to us via Fed ex. She did not have to do any of this and was super nice in doing this for us. Great job everyone! And especially Nikki.

We initially had a deep clean that was poorly performed, but the owner set a crew out the next week to do it over. They've been back twice on schedule, and the girls did a nice job. Then we received an email indicating their employees felt like they were being "watched" and the owner didn't want her girls to feel that way. My husband was working in the garage, and I was at my desk working while having nice conversation with the girls when they were cleaning our first floor. We had no idea why the girls complained, and the owner could provide no details. It was a very immature way to resolve a situation by sending the client an accusatory email. I would not recommend dealing with this young, unprofessional, and inexperienced prima donna.

Ashlyn with Suzie Q Cleaning came and did a deep cleaning on my house. She was on time, professional, and cleaned my house better than it has ever been cleaned. She was very kind and did a great job!!

I would give the service an 7 out of 10. The two young ladies that showed up never introduced themselves. They missed cleaning the air conditioner vent which gets quite dusty. The counter in the guest bathroom still had sticky hairspray residue. The shower head in the guest bathroom was not cleaned, it still has mildew built up on it. We have two lift recliners and I specifically showed them the remotes to lift them because we get a lot of crumbs under there and it was not vacuumed or mopped. And lastly. I put on white sox when we came in the house after the cleaning and they were dirty an hour later.

Wonderful business!!! After several failed attempts to find a reliable cleaning service, Suzie Q Cleaning came to my rescue. They arrive on time, and do a spectacular job. Customer service is professional and communicative. They really care about their clients.

I had SuzieQ team (Victoria and Litzy) perform a moving clean out service for my home. Victoria and Litzy performed an excellent job and did a thorough job to ensure everything was done to the upmost perfection. I highly recommend SuzieQ for any of your cleaning needs and most likely use their service again specifically requesting for Victoria and Litzy.

Extremely happy I went with Suzie Q Cleaning for a deep clean of my house. They were very detailed and extremely professional. They even charged less than what I was quoted as I misrepresented how dirty the home was. This level of honestly is rare to find and will make Suzie Q Cleaning my go to. Suzie Q Cleaning was amazing! So quick with responses and was able to squeeze me in the following week. My first ever home cleaning experience and I am spoiled now. I can honestly say they cleaned every thing I could think of. I was pretty easy going and was not specific about cleaning besides 1-2 items and they did a great job. It felt so nice to support a family owned business and I can’t wait for them to come back.

I was getting outrageous quotes from company’s that do the bare minimum. It didn’t seem worth it. I almost gave up but then I found Susie Q’s.

The duo came and really cleaned my house & for a fair price. I am a work from home-very busy mom & I felt such a relief when they walked in & started whipping my house into shape. They were professional yet personable. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I’m overall very happy with everything & I will be using them again!

Finally a fantastic find! The deep clean was so detailed that I do not need to schedule a standard cleaning all that soon, which is such a relief for our super busy schedule and extra excited pups. It is honestly so hard to find someone that will actually scrub the baseboards well enough that they look new again… and it is not a clean house without that to me so I was happy to see they felt the same and left no dust or pet build-up behind! I am confident that they will be easier to keep clean now too after they conquered the tough stuff this first time - yay!
