Southern Hospitality has been providing quality landscaping maintenance at Timberwoods condominium located in Seminole. Initially when the company took over in the summer of 2023 there were quality issues due to staff reorganization. In 2024, the condominium was assigned a new project lead/account manager who has ensured to go above and beyond in their quality workmanships. If I have any issues or requests, Chad Farley and his team ensure to get things taken care of asap!
Chad and his team are doing an excellent job and show pride in their work! I highly recommend Southern Hospitality for your landscape maintenance needs.

Southern Hospitality & specifically their director of operations are a whirlwind of verdant vitality, a veritable maestro of mulch! He doesn't just manage projects; he conducts them! Imagine, if you will, a symphony of sod and stone, orchestrated with the flourish of a seasoned impresario. He's a peacock amongst pigeons, a dazzling display of horticultural hustle! Yes, there's a certain... panache to his approach. He might dramatically gesture towards a misplaced shrub or declaim about the virtues of proper irrigation with the passion of a Shakespearean actor. But beneath the theatrical flair lies a mind as sharp as a freshly sharpened spade. He anticipates problems before they sprout, nurtures his teams like prize-winning petunias, and delivers landscapes that are nothing short of breathtaking. He transforms mere dirt into living art, and he does it with a style that leaves everyone utterly captivated. Simply put, he's a force of nature, and we're lucky to have him."

Great customer service, very knowledgeable and great follow up and follow through. We have a small house and small yard, and Southern Hospitality crew turned it into the tropical oasis we want. Staff were very neat, workers were very responsive and respectful. The company keeps their word on extending a nice veterans/military discount. When the work crew finished, clean up was a snap and our home looked like neat and tidy as if no work was done at all. We would gladly recommend this company based on our experience. Ask for Jimmy when you call Southern Hospitality - he listens, he sets you at ease, he says what he'll do, and does exactly that. In short, we will be using Southern Hospitality again, and will recommend to everyone we know.

I am thrilled with my paver install next to my driveway. The installers were very quick and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend!

Southern Hospitality recently installed a sprinkler system, sod and pavers in our back yard. From the very first contact, we were just so impressed with how genuinely nice and courteous everyone was, as well as extremely professional and knowledgeable. They are quick to respond to calls and emails. They showed up as promised, worked HARD the entire time they were here, left the yard looking better than it did when they arrived (even on the first day which was mostly demo) and treated this relatively small job as if it were the most important project they had ever done. Every single employee represented the company in such a positive way. Our back yard looks beautiful now thanks to Southern Hospitality and we will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family.

I highly recommend Southern Hospitality. They gave me the backyard oasis I wanted and helped me with the design and details to fit what I envisioned. The crew was great, taking care around the yard and being respectful to not only my property but of my neighbors as well. They also helped with some drainage problems discovered during the process and were quick to help resolve. I also had them start work on my front yard with a mulch bed with Palms and pops of color. I will be using them to complete the front yard once the town finishes roadwork that has parts of my front yard torn up. You can't go wrong with Doug, Kevin, Damian and the crew, they do a fantastic job helping you realize your dreams.

A big shoutout to Southern Hospitality Landscaping! They just completed work on my front yard taking it from old tired looking grass and weeds to a beautiful lawn with brick paver boarder that makes it pop. They also upgraded my well and installed all new sprinkler system. This was the last project to complete to upgrade both back and front yards. Earlier in the fall they removed a cinder block raised planter and installed all the trees and flowers along with mulch in the bed by the house, the work this week was the irrigation, pavers and sod install. The crews were great, very hard working and made sure to take care of both my property and the surrounding neighbors. Highly recommend them, they do quality work and look to work with the customer through the entire process

Jason, Jimmy, Will and the entire team did a wonderful job at our property. From start to finish, the team was very responsive to our wishes and getting the job done. They showed up on time and worked at our property until the entire job was completed. Our project was large and required special care and they handled it with ease. Planting palm trees, decorative plants/flowers, irrigation, lighting, stone and mulch they made sure to get everything we asked for.

Jason was excellent to work with; honest, and fair. The entire team was a pleasure to work with and I commend them for their professionalism, attention to detail and being very pleasant courteous to us the homeowner (especially me)! An wonderful team and a great job! Thank you for all you did it looks amazing!

Our funeral home has been using Southern Hospitality for years now. They do an excellent job and come out often. Crew leader Mike is always sure to check in with us and make sure that they are keeping up with our standards. And I'm happy to say they always meet or exceed them.

I paid this company around $800 for 3D design of a landscape for my commercial place. After around 2 weeks they sent me some pictures that even doesn’t show my landscape correctly. I sent them that you have not considered my signage in the landscape. They didn’t even respond to me. They don’t even respond to the phone calls. They are not responsible and thieves of people money and time. Don’t give any project to them. Your money will be wasted. Shame on you!

I thought about giving 3 stars, but I am giving 4-stars due to the kindness and work of the latest guys that did my home's work, regardless of the dealings and go-rounds prior to this. Scheduling with this company has been chaotic and disjointed. They do not call you back when they say they will. They do not show up for jobs when they say they will. I got text messages at various times after attempting to schedule saying they'd be here, and then CRICKETS, silence, nothing. I would email - no response. I would call and get apologies and promise of a call back and then nothing for a while. Then they'd show up UNannounced (which is NOT okay with me!) and say they were here to do the work, when we didn't even have it scheduled! This went on and on, until finally the last bit of work was completed today. The workers were super nice and did good work (Doug, helper; not a FT employee of this company), but he's the real reason I am giving them 4 stars at all. The initial big landscaping/backyard re-do project had some flaws last year (non-English speaking workers who didn't follow instructions and laid pavers over my sprinkler system before capping off the sprinklers, which caused problems, obviously!). The work is good and their prices seem fair, but attempting to schedule, communication, etc. is NOT GOOD.

Southern Hospitality Lawn and Landscape was top notch! From the customer service rep, Doug, who I dealt with, to the foreman, Kenny, on the job, everyone knew exactly what they were talking about and gave the best advice. They followed their job planting new trees with an irrigation team just to make sure we had a good plan ahead, with no pressure to add irrigation. I’d definitely recommend this company for any of your landscape needs, big fan!

I am beyond satisfied with the work that Southern Hospitality lawn and landscaping company. They made tge front and back of my home look absolutely beautiful. The crew worked tirelessly to get the job done to my satisfaction. I want to say a special thanks to Will, the project manager who went above and beyond to make my property look beautiful.

First off, I have recently dealt with a pool construction in my backyard. If anyone has gone through this you know it's a nightmare. You have to deal with subcontractors showing up when they want and usually, leaving their mess behind or worse the work is shoddy.

I contacted Southern Hospitality about a month ago to get a quote on landscaping behind my newly built pool. To my surprise, someone answered the phone and they were able to send someone out within a few days! Jimmy came by and gave me a quote(nice guy).

I called back after they followed up and said I wanted the landscaping done. Within a week I was on the schedule! In fact, they bumped me up a day. My wife couldn't be happier, since she is having company over for the 4th of July weekend.

The crew was polite, quick, and actually cleaned up after themselves, imagine that. Jimmy was there to make sure the plants and trees were placed properly.

What a breath of fresh air to deal with a professional contractor, I will tell you these are far and few between in our area.

These guys were responsive, fast, polite, respectful of my property, and attentive. If you need a landscape contractor you cant go wrong with Southern Hospitality Lawn & Landscaping. I will be using them for my future projects.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! They walked us through step-by-step what they were planning on doing along with easy to read estimates. Our grass was dead and they xeriscaped it making our yard beautiful again! Would highly recommend!

To say that we were impressed with this company is an understatement. First and foremost, they turned our travesty of a yard into a gorgeous landscape. But just as noteworthy-- EVERY SINGLE PERSON that we interacted with was pleasant, professional, and kind. Last but certainly not least- we cannot say enough about the hard work Kenny and Brandon put in EVERY SINGLE SECOND that they were here…and they did it with a big smile the entire time! It was awesome having them around! We have not met two people who work harder than they did. Our 2 year old loved watching and interacting with them-- it was the highlight of his day.

We wish this company provided every service that you could need for your home, because we would absolutely hire them for everything. Truly a group of people that you can trust to do the job with the same care, effort and attention to detail that you would apply to your own landscaping—with the added benefit of being experts in the field!

SH has proven to be very responsive to the needs of our complicated condominium grounds. Our community consists of 6 different buildings all surrounded by a wide variety shrubs. They are communicative and willing to go the extra mile to leave our property looking well groomed and attractive. The crew is very easy to work with and respond well to their leader, Carlos.
Hardwood trimming:
Kenny and his crew just completed raising the canopy and center pruning our 8 live oaks. They did an excellent job and were very responsive to our requests. The crew cleaned up well. Kenny went above and beyond to make our trees look beautiful! I look forward to having them trim our palms later in the summer.

Hired Southern Hospitality to completely overhaul median area between our driveway in a townhome complex. They installed pavers, planted a palm/bushes/plants, as well as lay shells. Their work was excellent. Doug, Operations Mgr, was great to work with. Overall, very happy with the end result.

Southern Hospitality is a lifesaver. I reached out to Jason at the beginning of September-my yard was an absolute catastrophe-a previous landscaper had really ruined the space and the weeds were the stuff of nightmares. Southern Hospitality did everything they could to prioritize me on the schedule and that extra step just sealed my devotion to this company. Their virtual drawings are beautiful and give the customer a good feeling and picture of what to expect. They finished my project yesterday and i cannot even describe the relief and joy their work has brought to my life. Everyone was wonderful to work with-kind with good senses of humor and efficient.

Southern Hospitality completely redid our front and back yard. Looks like a completely different place now! They were easy to work with and quick to respond to questions and concerns. Special thanks to Will, the lead landscaper. He had fantastic suggestions for plant placement, was extremely hard working and always friendly and patient. Definitely recommend.

My fiancé, Aaron, and I were recommended Southern Hospitality by a friend. They worked with us to design backyard landscaping, helping us to get what exactly what we envisioned.
