I have had them doing work for for me for a few years now. It is very rare these days to A. Find someone that wants to work. And B. Someone that actually does what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. All thier work has always been completed 100% of my satisfaction.

I hired Steve at Modern Curbside Appeal to soft wash my tile roof. He arrived on time, did an excellent job (the roof looks new), and cleaned up after himself. He's a nice guy and does a great job. Don't hesitate to hire him.

Steve with Modern Curbside Appeal performed a "soft wash" tile roof cleaning at my home this week. The results were great - roof looked like new. To be honest you might be a bit reluctant to hire Modern. Steve is a bit older and a one-man shop. However, he did everything he said he was going to do, cleaned up the place before leaving, and circled back to make sure I was happy. Go for it, your roof and neighbors will thank you.

I have a white tile roof that was beginning to look more like light grey due to a large oak tree in in the neighbors yard. Steve showed up exactly when he said he would. He took precautions to protect my shrubs and lawn during cleaning. The results are amazing, the tiles are now bright white and look like new. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend him. Steve did the roof cleaning on a Friday. The next Monday he stopped by to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I wish I got this level of customer service from everyone.

Steve with Modern Curb Appeal stopped by my house today after driving by and seeing how my tile roof needed to be cleaned. I don’t usually hire people when they just stop by, but the roof really needed it and after talking to him, I had him give me a price which I thought was reasonable and he said he could get it done today!
